I received a written estimate that identified all the work that we discussed at a very reasonable price, PLUS a 10% veteran discount! Daniel arrived on time, was professional and super easy to work with and did an excellent job. We are so pleased with the job he did, and will be scheduling bi-annual tree maintenance with Zero Gravity going forward. We highly recommend Daniel and Zero Gravity.

It only took a few weeks for them to get to the job, and they were cleaned up and out of here in a matter of hours. The whole crew was skilled and considerate of the requests of my 80+ neighbor. Even though they are super busy, our job got on the schedule and was completed within two weeks of my first inquiry; I thought that was very reasonable. They showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently. I appreciated that the owner, Kyle, answered all my questions before the job, and afterwards, when I had a few concerns, he called me right away and made it right that same day-that's professionalism! I would use Rogue Valley Tree Care again.

When I wanted to make a few changes in the order, he came back out and provided a new estimate without a roll of the eye. Today a crew of four arrived promptly, and they were all just nice, courteous, alert young men who agreed with my requests to trim without harm to the trees. They did a beautiful job that I'm sure the trees are going to appreciate.

I hired Good Bloke Tree Service to trim branches from my neighbor's tree hanging over my property…read more I was quoted $500 and agreed, expecting a reasonable amount of trimming. Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We needed three trees removed, with one of those trees being very sketchy as it had been dead for years and was right on three other shared property lines. The quote was very reasonable and the team was able to get to it quicker than other businesses at that time.
