Due to my neighbor's concerns, we agreed the work would stay at the property line--but only three or four branches were removed. After paying $500, I realized very little work had been done. I asked if the quote could be reconsidered, but they refused. To make matters worse, their lift left large ruts in both my front and back yard. They came back to "fix" the front yard, but it was poorly done, and I refused to have them fix the back yard. Debris was left behind, and their lift even broke down and sat in my yard. Paying $500 for a few branches removed and damage left behind is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had additional contractors set up for work but had to cancel them due to the no show. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Hopefully victor is not dead or in jail, which would cause him not to show up or answer our calls. He eventually called at 2pm. He did not have any valid reason why he missed the appointment. We had confirmed our appointment on two separate calls. We were able to find another contractor that showed up on time and did a great job. Also the new contractor was about $300 cheaper. We needed for our VERY large, old, California Black Oak tree to be cleaned up and all the mistletoe removed, except for the branches over the power lines. Pacific Power contracts w/ a company to do that work. Hunter Tree Service assured us that they could remove all the mistletoe at the far ends of many of the higher branches. When they said they were done, the reason they gave for not removing the mistletoe from all those high branches was that their equipment would not reach that far. Of course they had to know this at the start, but obviously they must be hard up for work. If you are considering this company because they are the low bidder, you might want to reconsider your decision!

Nick changed the first 2 appointments we had with him, thus wasting our time since we had set aside time to meet with him. Finally, the third time he set an appointment with us, he was over an hour late, again most disrespectful even though we were trying to give him one last opportunity to bid our job. After spending over an hour with him, he promised to have a quote for us by the following Tuesday (this last meeting was on a Thursday). When we received nothing by the following Thursday, 2 days after we expected his quote, I left a message to please let us know status. He did not return our call. I left him 2 subsequent messages over 2 weeks, asking what is going on, but he did not bother to respond. In the last message, I asked him that if he no longer wants to bid the job, he could at least simply have the decency and professional courtesy to let us know. That was almost a week ago. AND STILL HE HAS NEVER CONTACTED US AFTER WASTING SO MUCH OF OUR TIME! This is a rather stark indication of the true character, or lack thereof, of this individual and what you can expect if you engage him. We strongly recommend you go somewhere else. Lord knows what may have occurred if we had given a deposit and hired someone such as this who demonstrates such an incredible lack of respect for others! We are in Grants Pass, NOT NEVADA.
