It was clear from the start that Karen (the owner) brings all the the appropriate credentials, but the skill we most appreciated was her vision and creative talents. Karen worked diligently at blending our personal style with the many challenges that our property presented (wildlife, riparian, & privacy concerns) After a few sessions with Karen we were rewarded with a plan that totally transformed our property from bare land to a tranquil place to relax and entertain. While Karen is very professional, she also possesses a relaxed and casual demeanor which helped make the entire design process enjoyable. It should be noted that during the actual construction of our project, we had some challenges with one of the suppliers. We made a phone call to Karen and she was quick to intervene with our landscape contractor and the supplier, swiftly taking care of what could have been a rather stressful situation. We give Naturescape Designs our highest recommendation.
