So I grab a few bone in rib eyes, some small steaks for the kids and a beautiful horseshoe of the white wine sausage. I've been snacking on that sausage ever since. Slight heat to it, but phenomenal. I start the grill.. These wood chips burn at a very high heat. I'm talking surface of the sun hot. The kid's streaks literally just needed a minute and a half on each side. The rib eye. Wow! One of the best steaks I've had in a very long time. Very little fat. They cut it to order (so I got two 1- inch cuts). Now grilling skill plays a part here so keep an eye on them. Slightly expensive but very much worth it. I've found my new go to place!!
