After reading reviews for favorite flavors, I was able to easily order two dozen on their website- picking diverse flavors. I was also able to order a bunch of cream cheeses of different flavors (and some vegan!). I got a text letting me know the order was ready in the scheduled time and was able to quickly pick it up in the shop - sidenote: the staff was incredibly friendly for 7:30am!!. The boxes were nice and warm, so they were super fresh, and came with wooden knives and napkins. One thing I wished is that the cream cheeses had labels because it was tricky to figure out the flavors, but truly it was a HUGE hit! I'll definitely be ordering again!

We arrived around 10:30 and sadly they were already sold out (major heartbreak moment), but that just means it's that good. We didn't realize they only offer bialys or sesame buns, but we were all pleasantly surprised and happy with our choices. Everyone except me ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on different bialys like jalapeño & Muenster, everything, and caramelized onion. I ordered the bacon sandwich on a jalapeño & Muenster bialy, which was delicious. My sandwich came with bacon, an over-medium egg, and smoked jalapeño cream cheese, all perfectly toasted. There were no complaints from anyone, honestly, we all ate in silence, which says a lot because we were too busy enjoying the food. The only downside is that it's not much of a dine-in spot, as they only have high-top tables and no chairs. I also got an iced cinnamon latte, which was not overly sweet and had a great espresso flavor. One of my friends ordered a hot lavender latte and really enjoyed it. We were so hungry I forgot to take pictures! If we lived closer, we'd definitely come here more often.

I placed a pickup order and even pre-tipped, but when I walked in there were only a handful of people in the shop. I stood at the pickup counter for about 15 seconds while multiple employees watched me come in, yet no one acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I was there for an order. I eventually had to get someone's attention just to receive my pickup. It's a very small store, only a few feet from the entrance to the counter, so it felt strange to be ignored. To make matters worse, my bagel appeared to be underbaked. The inside was pale, dense, and doughy instead of the chewy texture you'd expect from a freshly baked bagel. I understand that mistakes happen, but combined with the lack of basic customer service, it made for a frustrating experience. I really do love Jeff's Bagel Run, which is why this is disappointing to write. Great food can only carry a business so far. Friendly service and consistent quality are what keep customers coming back, and I hope they address both before more loyal customers start looking elsewhere.

Very nice people, and very timely wait times. Everything came out quickly and piping hot fresh and piping hot delicious. The food itself was out of this world. I started off with the Hot to Trot Breakfast Sandwich (2 Egg Omelet on our Jalapeno Cheddar bagel topped with Jalapeño Cheddar Cream Cheese, Jalapeño Slices & Thick Applewood Bacon, finished with Hot Honey Drizzle), just look at the picture, it was so sick, 11/10 in deliciousness. I still dream about it. I will say, they forgot the bacon... But even without it, it was perfect. Just, be wary of that. I got it with a side of these Home Fries, which, as you can see, has the potatoes crisped to perfection, and is slathered in cheese and giant chunks of bacon. These were really indulgent, and if you order this, plan on sharing. We also had an order of the Challah French Toast (Toped with cinnamon sugar and powder sugar). This thing was thiccc, sweet, and delicious. It is very thicc, so plan on a lot of syrup dipping. But it's good, if you love French toast and have a sweet tooth, get this. Last thing we tried was a Large potato Knish (Thin layer of dough stuffed with seasoned mashed potatoes baked to perfection and server with Düsseldorf mustard). This was good. Well-cooked dough, not made too soggy from the mash, and the mustard cut through all the decadence in a nice way. Overall, this was an exquisite visit. This place needs to be winning best breakfasts and brunches, instead of national chains. I like to keep it local when I can, and I will be coming back here.
