I only stopped in here because it was hot and I was looking for Glazed Donut. The pastries looked delicious! Especially the Peach Cobbler danish and the raspberry cheese danish. I settled on the brownie wirh walnuts. Delicious. Soft and moist on the inside, almost like ganache....and a flaky crust. I loved it. I enjoyed it after a joint when I got home from Key West. We tried the key lime pie on our key lime pie crawl throughout key west. The filing on their pie had great, tart flavor, but the crust fell short. It was very oily and did not taste very good. Ended up eating only the filling, which was still enjoyable. read more

We had excellent sandwiches from Old Town on a previous trip so we picked up some pastries for the next day's breakfast on this trip. Blueberry danish hit the spot but the best was the guava pastry. We were on a recent vacation in KW and looking for a great coffee spot!! This bakery did not disappoint! The danishes and scones were so flavorful and fresh. They also had a great selection of coffee, lattes and cappuccino. The staff was very welcoming. Get there early and there is no wait. You might have to park farther away but it's a nice walk and you can enjoy the warm weather! read more

This is a very unassuming, quaint bakery that was very close to my hotel. For breakfast, I got a ham with Swiss cheese croissant and an apple cobbler Danish for my next morning's breakfast when I had a very early flight. I also ordered a hot chocolate because I'm not really a coffee drinker. The croissant was very light, flaky, and delish with the ham and cheese. The hot chocolate was basic and not very hot. The Danish was a great quick breakfast treat before I left Key West. I had debated between the apple and peach cobbler Danish. I can understand why this bakery is popular and why you see many people stopping in on their morning walks for pastries and coffee. read more

This place is very cute....still in its original form. You take a small step to enter into this tiny very old fashion, charming little bakery. I liked it as soon as I walked in. Everything in the window looks delectable, I really wanted to try it all. I looked up from the sweet window so I can place my order and my eyes met with a middle aged blonde woman working behind the counter and she looks mean! I already wondered to myself, should I leave? She gave us the "what do you want, your bothering me" look! But, I took another look at the window and had to get my brownie fix! She definitely made this place a 1! We still proceeded to order: OMG brownie, this brownie has ganache in the middle and is a wet brownie general. I don't care for fudgy, gooey, chocolate brownies as I prefer some chewiness and even burnt corners :-) so this was def one of the worst brownies I've ever had! The walnut brownie: this was a solid ok! The walnuts are what saved it, they were large pieces and I love walnuts. Otherwise this brownie also went to the trash. The raspberry linzer was very sweet and had an artificial taste to it....and too runny! This was a loser! For the blonde middle aged lady working behind the counter....she is most certainly in the wrong job. Behind a desk behind an office is better suited. Also, this place is not kid friendly. It's tiny, you can't fit much besides 4 people in here. And there's no ramp for wheelchairs or strollers! read more

Fantastic variety of fresh baked goods and a surprisingly wide variety of cheese. I tried the brownie (fudgy deliciousness) and the ginger white chocolate cookie (refreshing). These girls make a great iced latte, too! I only wish they had a larger size! Lunch sandwiches look and smell amazing, but I did not get a chance to try any of them on this trip. This is a cute little shop and it smells amazing from the second you walk in! The blonde woman at the counter (I think she is the owner) and she was very friendly. The food case display is cute and displayed the pastries beautifully. I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg. It was very good, but a bit smaller than I expected for the price. Since I had other food that didn't really bother me. My husband had the sticky bun and he really liked it. My son shared both of our items with us he loved them. We were surprised how small the key lime pie slice was, but even with that the taste was one of the best we've had. The crust was easily the best tasting ever. We just ate here. The lady who took our order and the lady who gave us food through the window was not nice. Our order was wrong and when it was corrected she did not apologize when handing us our food but instead slammed the window on us. Yes its true...that brownie is OMG and perhaps its the best brownie ever tasted! Like all good French bakeries, this place focuses on flavor instead of sweetness. We also had the key lime pie, which was very good too! Wish they offered more selection, but what they do, they do very well! Amazing bakery! We stopped in to grab some sandwiches for the trip back and are glad we did! We ended up getting an Italian on a baguette (amazing), roast beef and cheddar, and a ham and cheese croissant all with chips but the baked goods looked so great we ended up with key lime pie, almond croissants, a sticky bun, and a coffee as well.
