The staff here is nice and so helpful! Selections are decent, not the biggest but not the smallest so I'm sure you'll probably find what you are looking for. If I had to pick, more on the smaller side. Value here... you already know. Great value and look for those sales. They also price check so... if it's within 14 days then go ahead and try it out. I had given up on Old Navy since The Quad days. Here we are at its new home at the Whittwood Town Center. The spot couldn't be more perfect, inside is a lot more organized. The customer service was great, I was asked twice if I needed any help.. The ladies at the register patiently assisted me with redeeming my coupon off Samsung pay. THE DEALS!! THE SAVINGS OH MY!!! Plus now I have a $20 coupon next visit.. Picked up some swim gear Boys shirts Half priced cargo shorts The cutest jeans all sizes in clearance. Worth the browse.. And a special thank you to the people that order online and return in store, those items get put straight to the clearance rack at half the price.. I hardly ever shop in stores anymore but decided to stop by because I needed new pants for work. Honestly the racks were a MESS, none of the hangers matched the actual size pants hanging on them. I even saw toddler size hangers on adult jeans. Pretty frustrating and I couldn't find my size. The only reason I still have 4 stars is because the employee working the fitting room and the cashier that helped me were extremely nice. Customer service goes a long way these days and I'll be back just because of the service I received but geeze this place needs to get the racks in order. read more

Glad they opened in a prime location! I've been here twice in the same week and that's gotta say something..it's definitely a lot better than what the Brea location use to offer before it closed down. I feel there's a bigger selection..cleaner..style of clothing is up to update. I know they just opened up March 2017 and I think this store is here to stay. Pricing is decent, they usually have sales..so look out for them..customer service was good too, employees were helpful if needed. Store was organized and clean!(a big thing I look for) Returning merch is a breeze, no hassle, which is appreciated. The staff is very rude. The sell curbside service, but they do not actually have it. When you call for an order, they never have anything ready even though you receive the email saying its ready. They ask you to repeat Information multiple times, and in general just have no idea what they are doing. Ship to home or go to another store. read more

Now I don't know about you, but I pretty much know (or remember) Old Navy for their affordable prices, flip flops, polo shirts, and jeans. I seriously could walk by an Old Navy and look into their window and see polo shirts on the mannequins all-year round. And I'm talking about the female mannequins! Sadly, this is no longer the case. I came here looking for a few new polo shirts for myself and my dad before hitting the golf course over the weekend. Surprised I hadn't noticed the addition of this Old Navy location at the Whittwood town center nearly a year ago but now I can see why. Walked in a few minutes after they opened on Saturday morning. Greeted by employee. Compared prices of men's polo shirts to Target prices. Target won! Bonus points for earlier opening hours and being right next door. Searched the store looking for women's polo shirts. NOTHING. Approached and asked the woman on the sales floor about the item. Her answer: "Oh, we don't have any in the store. Check online." Whaaaaaa? NONE?! Not one single polo shirt for women? I know it's not back-to-school season but spring and summer are right around the corner! Whatever, not like Old Navy prices are a bargain anymore anyways. Limited style options. Women's clothing looks like the clearance section of athleisure. How many bra, yoga pants, and tank tops does one girl need? Moral of the story: Never wait last minute to get your outfit together. Only shop Old Navy online and when, or if, they have decent sales. read more

Love the new Old Navy here in the Whittwood. The store is clean and has lots of options of clothing. Love the sandals, especially when they are on sell for $1! The only thing I find hard is their clothing sizes. Normally I know my size, but here the women's clothes seem to run bigger. The kids clothes seem to run smaller. Definitely order up in kids clothing. They have a lot of deals or sales so make sure to go on those days, you can get some good steals. Hopefully this store can stay nice and clean! read more

March 31, 2018 this is new location I just opened up recently a few months back we decided to go ahead and look for a couple of linen pants I'm glad I did the customer service was excellent the layout of the store was excellent everything was clean the customer service was great I have to say the ladies running the store are doing a great job at a large variety of different types of patients that I really like and will be going back soon keep up the great work ladies. On hold for 18 minutes to find out if they have two items at the store before I go in and they are not there (happens often- I purchase online to pick up in store to find out they don't have items as stated on website) . Joanna (I think that was her name) says yes, then she says no all while not asking what size I was looking for. I ask to speak to a manager and explain that I'm getting the runaround and this is what she says: Manager Fatima- Sorry we have a lot of new associates who have not been properly trained. Love shopping at this place do to the great deals, but only 2 people on the register, with a line almost out the door! It's the Holiday, you would think that they would have more cashiers working at a time like this to keep the lines down and customers satisfied. Customer service should be a top priority and when you have customers standing in line for 30 to 45 mins is not okay. Cooperate needs to step in and fix this issue. Get another cashier or two and have cashiers minimize the talking at the registers. At the end of the day people just want to get in and out of the store. Horrible seeing people standing in line and deciding to put their items down and walking out. read more

I waited over 20 min in line because a lady was waiting for someone to email her a coupon, so they stopped ringing everyone else. What they should have done was have her step to the side. There was over 10 people in line. The store is so crowded. They have little shopping carts but you can't maneuver them without bumping into everything! read more

I would have given a higher star rating if the staff was more aware of when there would be more items in stock especially when it's so close to the holidays. There should be more items and in size since the holidays are around the corner. Also, the girl at the register is so out there. When I wanted to give my email to accumulate points to my bright rewards account, she thought I wanted to charge to a old navy credit card. I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed to me and I informed her yes; however, I never received my receipt. So I won't be able to return or exchange for a different size or color. I should have still received a paper receipt but nothing. I highly doubt I'll return to this location. The staff should be wearing name tags. So I can't even credit the one girl who did help me on looking for what I was requesting nor I can't give the name of the girl at the register. So disappointed read more

The employees are pretty polite. The store is clean and fresh and I didn't get claustrophobic like some places. Love the selection of clothing. And the line is pretty time consuming on a weekend but so are other stores, pretty normal. And my 4 year old and 3 year old twins had fun running around! read more

This place always has super long lines. I don't understand why they don't have more cashiers, especially when they have big sales, and only 2 cashiers. Then the companies wonder why people are shopping more on line and brick and mortar store are disappearing. And please stop yelling "thank you for your patience and we'll be right with you". Not only does it make me lose my patience faster but no you won't be right with me. I'll be here at least 20 minutes. It takes me longer to pay than it does to pick something and try it on. I have walked out after standing in line so many times. GET MORE CHASHIERS, at least when you see more than 10 people in line. read more

This is by far one of THE BEST Old Navy locations!! It is clean and neat and organized but the very best is THE SALES TEAM! The manager is definitely doing something right!!! They are always super helpful and nice. I have come in with a wide variety of questions and needs and they are always willing to help and find a solution. Wrll i would like to shop here , but they make it vey hard. The wait to pay or return something is too long. There are-never enough cashier to promptly serve the people in line. The last few times i have gone i put the merchandise back and walk out the store. Its not worth my time to easte it in kine. Perhaps they should install selfcheck out systems to hasten the pace or get more cashiers like Tj Maxx or Marshalls.
