They offer a discount when you follow them on social media, I did and was told I'd get the discount, they didn't apply the discount and wouldn't refund my card. This wasn't a small discount at 10% of my order that was nearly $20. They only take store credit for returns. After years of loyalty, this will be my final stop. With how quick online shopping is, there's no reason to have to go through the headache of shopping here.

No refunds, no exchanges, no store credit. I bought a bodysuit, which I understand should be final sale and a cute top. The words FINAL SALE sounded so Permanent. The manager/ owner is unfriendly and rude. Judging by the collage of photos of caught shoplifters displayed near the front entrance, she must not think too highly of her clientele. The right side of the store is filled with mostly small sizes, medium and large. No XL, which happens to be my size unfortunately. The left side is 1x, 2x, 3x and I believe they had 4x too. If you're looking for a cute top or dress to wear out, and don't mind paying shopping mall prices, then fashion Q is the place to go. Will I become a regular shopper here?
