This wasn't a small discount at 10% of my order that was nearly $20. They only take store credit for returns. After years of loyalty, this will be my final stop. This place is a fuckin joke. I went in to buy 6 baseball tees. Upon purchasing I asked him if I could return. He said only exchange. I'm like okay cool. I didn't know anyone's size so I bought two of each size. I figured no problem if I return I'll just buy something else. I didn't intend on getting money back. The Asian guy who seemed like the owner seemed very kind and nice with a smile. BOY WAS I WRONG ON THAT. 5 days later I return to exchange. From the minute I walked in the guy was pissed. He didn't say hi. He didn't smile. I figured the money is still going to his store? I walked around for a little and he eventually scoffed and said what do you want? I was startled but none the less I responded I was just looking since I didn't need those shirts anymore. I finally found two dickies shirts I wanted. In fact it would have come out to MORE than the original purchase. I had recently bought a new car so I misplaced the receipt but he clearly remembered me. He says how many are you returning. I said all of them. He slammed the shirts down on the counter in front of me and said FIND RECEIPT OR NO RETURN. are you kidding me??? What am I going to do with 6 softball tees? I was enraged. Rude. Horrible establishment. He's fake! He only is nice when you buy and apparently too stupid to understand this would have been a better profit. I will never recommend this place. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PIECE OF SHIT. I'm now in the hole 70 bucks. That place will go under with that guy running it. BUYERS BEWARE. read more

That's not a small mistake--that's completely missing the mark. Now here's where it gets worse. Instead of fixing their mistake like a professional company should, I'm the one stuck jumping through hoops. I've got to print labels, package it up, and ship it back before they'll even send a replacement. And guess what? They don't even have my size anymore. So now I'm forced to settle for a 2XL because of THEIR screw-up. Let me make this real clear--this isn't just an inconvenience. I'm a right above-the-knee amputee and have been in a wheelchair for 16 years. Returning packages isn't some quick trip to the post office for me. It takes effort, time, and planning. All because they couldn't send the correct item in the first place. And the cherry on top? I don't even get my replacement until they receive the wrong one back. So I'm stuck waiting even longer for something I already paid for. You messed this up--not me. But somehow I'm the one paying for it in time, effort, and inconvenience. With over 1.4 million views on my Google reviews, I take customer experience seriously--and this one is a complete fail. Do better.
