The staff here was very rude and dishonest. I went in today to exchange my two pairs of pants that I bought online for different sizes. When I gave my items back for exchange, the staff member named Valerie gave me a total of $74 to pay again for the full price of the items even though I requested an exchange. Another staff member came over and yelled at me while she told Valerie to put the amount on a gift card and "let him find it in the store." They don't carry my size in the store. Valerie put it on a gift card and charged me more than what I paid to order the same items. I asked her how soon they would come and she said "5-7 business days." So I asked her to select 3-5 business days. This shipping is free when you purchase on the app so I asked if it was free and she said no. I left there paying $84.32 from the gift card which had $89 on it from the return. When I returned to my car, I saw that these same items would cost only $68.88 with free 3-5 day shipping. I feel that the staff was very rude and prejudiced and that they swindled me into paying more for the same items that were online for a lower price. I actually lost $17 dealing with these staff members. I did not come to the store to be mistreated and I hope this review warns people who might consider patronizing this location to not come here, especially people of color. read more

First of all, I love this store in general. They always have great pieces for me and my whole family. I'm also very happy about the fact that they always have great sale items. Second, this location in particular is the reason why I'm leaving this review. If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased a gift card for my grandson in the month of December for Christmas for him. A couple of days after christmas my son took my grandson to Old Navy to purchase some items and when they went to pay the cashier told them that the gift card was activated but that there was no balance. I called Old Navy and they refuse to make this right. I have the gift card and the receipt but they will not put my purchase amount of $250. on the gift card. So, I have an Old Navy gift card with a $0. balance and a receipt showing that I made this purchase and Old Navy refuses to make this right. BEWARE OF OLD NAVY especially when purchasing gift cards. I used to shop and work at Old Navy stores. Old Navy has changed their styles and frames for clothes and i no longer shop there as much. With this particular Old Navy, I have noticed a change in customer service. I'm aware they hire younger people, but i still expect to have a friendly and helpful worker assist me when needed. read more

I LOVE Old Navy, but I will NEVER give my business to this location. The last few times I have been in there, they have been playing Mexican music SO loud I could not even ask my husbands opinion on a sweater. Like honestly, it's Old Navy in December and you're playing Mexican music? The management of this particular store is garbage. Old Navy is somewhat by baby. I was one of the first employees at this Old Navy. I remember when I first went inside the store it was dusty and had no registers. Our crew worked very hard to bring this store to the Palmdale Mall. We had what I call it military style training. Some of the managers were nasty and very rude, but when home office payed us a visit the managers turn into loving people. I learn how to lead from one of the best, Patti Beard the store Manager. She was nothing like some of her managers in the store. She was very kind to us and wanted us to succeed. I started out as an on-call sales worked my way up to a supervisor. We had a great crew and wonderful customer service. I sometimes visit my store but some of the customer service lacks a bit. It looks like they are starting to hire young kids instead someone with alittle of sales experience. Maybe Im being to picky or just take great pride on the store that some of us worked very hard to keep it going. Im very glad that the mean nasty managers are no longer working there. When you are a manager you need to set an example to your employees and not hide clothes until the go on clearance to purchase them. I recently just went in there with my fiance to do some shopping for her older son. I noticed our youngest had a poop diaper and went to their restroom when I noticed there was an out of service sign on one restroom and the other had a sign posted employee only. Being a patron of this mall since it opened and the store as well I knew the other restroom was a double. I asked an employee if I can change his diaper in the employee restroom and was denied. So then I asked for a "manager" if I can and she gave me a story of how both restrooms were out of order(which by the way the so called employee bathroom had no out of service sign) in I replied I just need to change his diaper I don't need to use it I said. Knowing they both had a changing station there. She denied me. I left while telling my fiance to go elsewhere because I knew they were just being difficult. I walk halfway across the mall to use the facility in which anywhere else would of gave me the opportunity to use their restroom. A so called family store couldn't cater to a father with a simple request. I'll be shopping at H&M for now on. At least the restrooms are closer there. Btw she was a short fake blonde young woman. My experience here today was excellent! It was super hectic and the line was long for the back to school sales. School uniforms prices at $5 for shirts and $6 bottoms had everything in a frenzy! The associate who was folding clothes was very helpful in informing us about the sales and letting us know we could order clothes and they could ship them to us if they did not have the sizes we needed In stock. Although the line was long the cashiers worked quickly and were professional. I would definitely recommend this store to others. Past reviews had this store looking crazy but appears management has stepped up their game. read more

This store is literally the WORST!!! The employees never know what is going on, they are rude and loud. Today I watched an employee be so incredibly rude to a customer in front of me in between YELLING across the store. I 100% blame the management of this store. The last time I was here I had an employee say "I don't know they don't tell me these things" when I asked her if an item was on sale. I came in here this weekend for summer clothes for my 2 and a half year old son and I. I looked around for a while (everything was kind of just thrown around like someone hasn't come by to refold what people have messed up which makes sense since I didn't a single worker on the floor). It wasn't very crowded at all, I think maybe less then 10 shoppers in the whole store including myself and my son. My son noticed the bouncy ball machine so I went over and bought him a couple to buy me some more time shopping. When we were checking out I noticed my son threw a ball and it went in front of the window so I finished paying and walked around and got the ball and went to the side of my sons stroller to put the bag in the basket (still standing where you pay no one was behind me) under the stroller and hand my son the ball and the cashier that was just helping me came and squeezed between my back and the next cashier stand knocking me down. Wasn't even paying attention to me, she was too busy talking to another emnployee about what she did the night before, never once did she look back and say sorry or anything. I seriously could not believe that. I asked another employee if I could speak to the manager and she said she wasn't sure where the manager was but I could come back later and talk to her. After that I said forget it. Its sad to say because I do shop at old navy often for my son because their clothes are well made and affordable which makes it nice since hes constantly growing out of things, but I will never go into this old navy again and this is the closes old navy to me. read more

Unfortunately, this store needs some improvement. The store needs to employ more cashiers and store staff. It ALWAYS takes way too long to check out, and it's difficult to find staff to help out if need be. Additionally, this particular Old Navy seems to lack in the inventory department; it's very hard to find what I'm looking for. LOTS of stuff online, but never in the store. I love Old Navy, but the reason I give it 4 stars is because they had every size except the one I needed. Usually the people who work there (well the ones in the Vegas stores) would look up in the computer to see if they had my size or look to see if another store in the surrounding area has my size. Unbelievable how lack of experience and training took 1hr to exchange a stupid pant all because they don't know how to use the emailed receipts, even trying to pin on me saying I was supposed to print out the receipt from my email, they holded the line for an entire hr as I was getting more and more frustrated of their incompetence, the mgr was the worse, at the end she gave me a stupid paper voucher because according to her she wasn't able to credit my Old Navy credit card without a printed out receipt. This store is so unorganized and there can be a long line that ends at the door and there is only one cashier taking her sweet time. They do not care if there is a long line waiting to be checked out, they do not go and help and open other cash registers. This is every time I go into this Old Navy. So bad.
