This store is so dysfunctional and unorganized. Prices are unclear and sloppily placed throughout the store. Worst of all, the customer service is absolutely terrible! I used to go to this store all the time I haven't been in a while. I was there yesterday. I felt like I was racially profiled and followed around the store. This store used to be so cool and I loved to go here if I didn't go to San Francisco. This used to be my second favorite Old Navy store. After this experience I will not be returning any time soon. Very disappointed in what this store has become. It was so obvious I was being followed around the store considering not many people were there. There was one young lady that I noticed didn't follow me but the men did. I think one of the men was the store manager he also rang up my items. While visiting some dear friends of ours over the weekend.... my friend Julie and I had some 'girl time' to ourselves while our husbands were on a secret mission. So secret, that I'd have to kill you, if you knewanything about it. We made out in the back seat of her husband's SAAB. Which I just found out could stand for 'Still Not A BMW'. But I must say, it is a nice car. And she is a GREAT kisser. I am just kidding. Man.... haven't you people figured out that I am pretty much full of shit, about 20% of the time? My husband would argue that the number is higher.... but I do want to say that my friend, Julie is hot. And she and her husband are a fantastic couple. I conned her into taking me to the Old Navy.... knowing that the 50% off sale was ending today, I went nutzo. The staff was extremely helpful.... understandably, the store was pretty much a wreck, of course from being picked over for 3 days. My one complaint....they are obviously over doing it on ordering size 2 and 4. Those were the only sizes that were in abundance. Perhaps they could use this as a learning curve? The prices were un-fucking believable.... and you people thought I was actually going to get through a review with the 'F' word. This Old Navy is always understaffed with poor customer service and management. While shopping here during the evening, I witnessed only 2 staff members. All were busy and irritated that they had to multitasked. Susan had attitude while ringing up the customers and constantly complained how the store was a hot messed. For a big box store, they should have more staff on the floor, but since they can't make their daily sales, employees get the chopped. Even gap and banana republic have more staff on the floor. The prices are a deal here, but I dislike how inconsistent the staff are here. Susan needs to check her attitude or find a new job where she is more appreciated because apparently she's taking it out on her customers. She was disrespectful with a bad attitude. read more

She was fabulous and all smiles every time I came back to bother her with another question! I don't know why I am even giving 3 stars. I haven't been in an Old Navy in a decade or more but decided to check it out again. The quality is so poor! I know the items are inexpensive but sometimes it's worth spending a couple extra bucks to make sure you are getting something to wear that, when you wash it, it won't fall apart. Nothing here looked very durable and you can get a better quality item at the Gap or the Eddie Bauer outlet for similar prices! The staff was bland. No one approached me and I was inside the store for a good 20 minutes. I saw a dress that was cute and a salesgirl saw me looking at it and just moved along. No contact by anyone here. I left and headed over to the Eddie Bauer outlet and got 4 things for $50! See? You don't need to buy poor quality items to get a great deal! I like the clothes and the deals. This review is specifically for the "senior team lead". The way he talks to women grosses me out. It's a mix of saccharin sweet and condescending. He's overly friendly when it's obviously not wanted. It bothers me so much Ive actually said something before. I bought pants before a surgery that would go over a cast. When I went to use the pants the plastic anti theft tag was still on. I was in an able to drive. I called the headquarters of Old Navy and explained my situation. They said the only thing I could do was return the pants. I asked for a supervisor. She said she would send me a gift certificate so I could re-buy them online. I never got the certificate and when I called a week later there was no record of this. Talk about well stocked! I wanted to stop by since we were in the area to see if they had any good deals for the little guy. I was amazed at the selection they had in the store. I've never been to a store so organized and well supplied. The employees were super friendly and it wasn't too crowded either. I ended up finding about 6 things for the baby all for less that $30. I don't know why I forget about this store. Every time I go here I find something I absolutely adore at a price so reasonable. It's great for stocking up my basics and catching the work place top that pops. For usually around 100 bucks, I can leave with five solid outfits and a few cute accessories. Today, I went shopping for my father. He loves their t-shirts. At 6 dollars each, I bought him 5 while also taking a glance at their clearance section for myself. I scored four tops for 3.99 and a cute orange blouse for 6. I was super happy when leaving here despite the Christmas crowds. I'll have to try more often to drop in here. read more

In general I am an Old Navy fan. It is a great place to get the basics and the random seasonal things you need. They have great sales and I am sale hound. So Old Navy gets 4 stars. But this location goes down one star. They just remodeled it and I HATE it. It's not that I can't find anything but the changing rooms are in the center of place now, which BUGS. The women's are on the right side except for one small island of clothes on the left. So you have to make a special trip over to "the other side". But when I need a fleece or my favorite work out tanks or a random holiday $5 tee, I will still stop here cause it's on my way home from work. read more

Old Navy is hit or miss each season. Sometimes they have really great styles and sometimes they have nothing remotely interesting. The store is great for sales though. This location has an entire discount section in the back and you can usually find many sizes and things that are marked way down. Another great thing is solid colored t-shirts. You can usually find them in any shade of the rainbow for $6 or $8. Also, it's they frequently run sales on their jeans. Every time I've gone in (one every few months or less) they'll have a jean sale. They do seem to sell out of the common sizes fast and frequently, so be aware. read more

I was able to purchase two pairs of athletic shorts and two t-shirts for one my sons. I got a pair of jeans for my husband. One pair of jeans and a pair of shorts for my youngest son. I ended up spending less then $40 when all was said and done. I think that I got a fantastic deal. I usually find clothes that i like as well. So far most of what I find for me is online but I always get fantastic deals with this Old Navy and the Associates are very nice. Whether you are buying a water bottle or a whole new outfit. I waited in line patiently. Finally my turn came up yay, NO! The sales person looked at me like the gum on their shoe and told me the other staffer that was with a customer would help me. I watched her chit chat, fiddle with her hair and finally hang up some clothes from the dressing room. In the mean time still waiting the line begins to get long very quickly behind me. Finally a polite young man came and helped us. Then the sales person that refused to help me walks up puts their hand up and says, "Your words mean nothing to me."
