Last summer I bought a top there from the company Velvet and asked to order another. The salesperson said I would hear back, and I never did. I ended up buying it online for $30 less. Recently I went to the store to buy a belt. The salesperson directed me to the cubbies around the store but wouldn't answer questions about available sizes. All she told me was the brand. Again, I went online to buy the belt at a lower price than I would have paid at the store. I will return to the store to browse for brands but will buy elsewhere until the customer service is comparable to the quality of the merchandise.

The vibrant spring colors at Bella drew me in. It was almost closing time, but the lovely sales associates let me browse and try on a few items. The store is beautifully arranged with contemporary women's clothing, bags, jewelry, and accessories, as well as some home/gift items like pillows, candles, and more. The clothes are grouped in color families, which really makes for such a pleasant shopping experience. I tried on a handful of items and found a summer sweater to take home. I'll definitely stop in again when next in the area. And, they have locations in San Anselmo, Greenbrae, and Mill Valley.

While this tan looks very natural and is streak free, there is hardly any color at all. I am extremely dissapointed. I followed all the correct steps and as a girl who is naturally very pale, I had high hopes. I had to fake tan over it because of how light it was. Biggest waste of money.

The checkout worker double-checked the correct models for me, too, which I thought was nice of him, and he installed the wipers for me. He also helped me choose the proper windshield cleaner, since everything I already had at home was leaving streaks. He suggested the one he personally uses, which I appreciated. It took care of the streaks, but not the greasy residue--I'm not sure why I have that. I'll follow up on what to do if a professional car wash doesn't take care of the grease. I have to wait three more weeks before I can get the car washed because it recently had body work done and is still curing. We chose the Chemical Guys glass cleaner. I had wanted Meguiar's per a friend's suggestion, but the store only had it in a multi-pack of other sprays. I am grateful for the personal assistance.
