Recently I went to the store to buy a belt. The salesperson directed me to the cubbies around the store but wouldn't answer questions about available sizes. All she told me was the brand. Again, I went online to buy the belt at a lower price than I would have paid at the store. I will return to the store to browse for brands but will buy elsewhere until the customer service is comparable to the quality of the merchandise.

He never showed his arms as he is always afraid to burn.... Then it was my turn. It was my 65 Birthday and Von suggested that I could wear pasties or get completely naked. I have never been completely naked in front of anyone, except maybe the doctor. I have lost 170 LBS and have never felt comfortable with my body, but I did it. Von made me feel so comfortable and at ease. When I was done....I felt amazing!! I spent my birthday with my children and I felt comfortable and so beautiful. My husband and I went to Belize the next day and Von said we could keep our tan up with some gradual tan lotion. The island we went to did not have any cars and we rode bicycles everywhere. I felt so confident wearing a bathing suit with a wrap and riding my beach cruiser everywhere, since I had tanned legs. I just got back and 14 days later since my tan...I still feel the results. I have not felt so free and easy about showing my bare naked legs for over 30 years, since I spent my days at the beach everyday in Southern California. This is the best $$ I have ever spent....Lasting results and I can't wait to go back to Von and have her do her magic again!! Thank you Von....best experience! I went across the street to the bakery after my tanning session and I have to tell you that I was so elated about the experience I told everyone in line that I got in my Birthday Suit and got an all over tan across the street for my 65th Birthday. That raised a red flag, so I took the shoes to a well-respected designer consignment store in San Francisco. Their authentication expert pointed out three separate signs that the shoes were not genuine. So, not real real after all. When I took the shoes to The RealReal in Larkspur, I was directed to a text-based chat with a "specialist" who told me that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. I'm now out over $400 for two pairs ( one with a broken heel that they said I should have come in right away about). Extremely disappointed. A company that claims to care about luxury and sustainability should at the very least stand behind the authenticity of what it sells. This experience makes me seriously question their values.
