There's not much to say about chain stores as far as content, you get the same products at any location. However, customer service is another story. I love coming to this Old Navy because of the awesome service. Everyone is super nice and ready to help yet they don't harass you if you're there to do your own thing. As the last minute shopper I am, I arrived to old navy 30 mins before close on a saturday a week from xmas. I asked one of the workers if they could get a vest in a specific size for me off of one of the super high racks that require a latter. The worker called Erika to come help me. Erika had an up beat demeanor and went above and beyond to help me. She could've just checked and told me to try another store but she went ahead and not only checked that store's stock for the vest I wanted, checked online if another store had it in Stock, and called the store and had them reserve the vest for me. Erika was very helpful and provided great customer service. read more

Love the clearance section here because of its organization by size and by color. It's neater than most Old Navy locations. Helpful and very friendly staff. I like coming here because this location usually has an abundance of clothes in larger sizes that I cannot find elsewhere. read more

This store has a good selection. Luckily I came when they had a sale. I misread the ad sign and it was buy three items, get the fourth free. I just read, buy 3 get one free. Me thinking one of the three was free, not the fourth. Anyways, the cashier was kind enough to let me run and get a fourth item. She was ringing me up in the meantime. I was surprised at how fast the line went down, but there were at least six checkers, so that was cool. read more

best old navy in the area, which isn't saying much cause the next closest is at del amo. this shop is big, and has a big clearance rack section. sometimes they have 75% off clearance, and you could get tops for like, $1. the new remodel is stupid, the old layout was fine. why put the dressing rooms in the cente of the store? yes, the place can be messy at times, but what clothing store isn't. i admit when i pull out folded clothing i can't fold it back proper so i just throw it on the pile. lots of staff always around, clean, and lots of parking. read more

Came to exchange a sweater I got for 75% off. There was no difficulty in the exchange and went by very smoothly. The store is well organized. There are occasional Groupons for $10 that are worth $20. It goes nice with the holiday discounts. read more

Aww very disappointed. This is my local Old Navy and I usually have a great shopping experience but this time they lacked cashiers. I was in a hurry but that's my own fault. My issue was that there was about 8 people in line and one cashier who apparently had a customer who was questioning everything that was being rung up. So much that the cashier was having to call someone to price check the clothes and check what the sign said. Again not the cashiers fault or the customer's (hey everyone's looking for the best price) BUT at some point there should have been another cashier sent to take care of the line that was backing up. I unfortunately I had to put down the things I wanted to purchase and leave. read more

They just re- did this Old Navy, and I was incredibly disappointed. Before the store was easily and clearly divided in to sections: newer stuff, work stuff, gym stuff, but now it is not organized at all. They moved the fitting rooms to the middle of the store, which kind of sucks because it breaks up the entire store, and creates little crevices where they have clothes that I never would have seen, had I not been looking. Maybe I am just picky, but I liked before that all the accessories and purses were in the middle, and now they are spread out all throughout the store. I hope they aren't re- doing all Old Navy's this way. read more

A large selection of shops with quality clothes. Parking is easy, quickly.

$15 for a pair of jeans? Who can beat that. I basically wear my jeans until they are worn out with holes and the wife will only let me wear them to wash the car or help a friend move or paint. I don't need to spend $100 or even $50 on jeans that I have to dry clean or treat like dress pants. Right after Christmas, Old Navy had a sale for $15 per pair. I got two pairs for $30 and was in and out of the store in under 20 min. That is the best kind of shopping. read more

For an Old Navy - the cheapest in the Gap brand - this place was ok. But I've experienced a better shopping experience. The clothing is blah and lacks style. Its unfortunate that a clothing manufacturer like Gap cannot supply quality merchandise to discount shoppers. I left without a purchase because I couldn't find any clothing san logo or lame statement of nothingness. I'm going to stick to buying less of the higher-quality brands that show they are thoughtfully designed and produced and lack the logo or other text that might otherwise be so telling of some of my life-choices. read more

Pretty large old navy store. Lots of product everywhere. Racks are packed to the max. They have a good selection of beachwear during the summer. Never feel guilty shopping here. Prices are low and they have a lot of two for one deals. Long lines are at checkout. People usually buy bags full of stuff so you will have to wait. read more

We are getting ready for the spring. Since we were in the area Sunday afternoon,we drop in. The store has plenty of parking even dough it shares the lot with other business and restaurants. This store is surly ready for spring shoppers all the clothes are nicely organize neat and clean. The shelves and racks are full of pastel and bright colors of clothes,shoes and accessories stock. I pick up a nice pair of gold sandals for $16 and shirt for $20 their both are very cute. The only reason I didn't give this Old navy is because for a weekend the store should have at lease 3 or 4 cashiers but the 2 there where friendly and I only saw a couple of staff on the floor and I didn't want to carry around a dress for a price Check. read more

I do not understand how this location received fewer stars than the Century ON. That one is awful and I no longer go in there no matter its convenience. When visiting this store, I was amazed by how huge it was. Not only did they have a great variety for the kid's section, but the women's. They are almost always having some type of sale and the area of the store is beautiful. Would highly recommend shopping at this store if your an Old Navy junkie. As a mama to an almost two year old, I frequent this Old Navy quite a bit! The clothes are OK in quality- some better than others- but you can't beat the prices. Especially when they run their 50% off sales, the kids clothes are a bargain. I check out the assortment every couple of months because sometimes their selection can be a little too cheesy for me- but most often they've got great styles in awesome colors for my little one at a really great price. Oh, and their graphic tee shirts are def the best- well designed and great price. The shoes seem super cheap to me- so I don't buy any here. Parking is easy too in this shopping area. read more

I bought some jeans for my daughter and they lasted 1 week ! I went to the store and the manager was very rude. I had bought two pairs and both of them lasted a couple days . The manager simply said " Well if your daughter knew what was going to happen to the jeans she should've never worn them" . Come on my daughter is 10 . read more

I visited the store at 1800 Rosecrans Ave, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 on Saturday August 15, 2015 at around 8:30pm. The store was a mess clothes everywhere, very unorganized. Clothe son the floor clothing was miss priced. I was approached by an associate at around 8:45pm by the name of Stacy. She said "you need to go to the front were closed". I said your closed its 8:45pm as far as I am concerned you don't close for another 15 min. Therefore I have 15 min to shop. She said " go to the front" She looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away.I noticed as she was walking away there was another family shopping note they were African American just like she was. All she said was how you guys doing tonight and walked away. Me being a latino got a complete different approach than that. I feel like I was racially profiled by the associate. I Then had another associate by the name of Brian approach me with the exact same comment. I stated to him as well you guys are not closed You guys are still open. I understand its Saturday you want to go home. But you dont neglect customers. The customer always come first. I approached the "Shift Leader" and shared with her my issue. Her name was Christina. I stated that her associates were rude and were literally kicking me out of the store in a sense. Her response was "so what do you want me to do " "were closed". Are you serious your the supervisor I was in complete shock at her response. She also said" If we want t close the store early we will" Then i said I was going to contact corporate and she said "go ahead do what you want". That was the last time I ever shop at Old Navy for anything. That is the worst customer service I have ever received from a retail store. read more

Very poor customer service. The store manager Miguel was extremely rude and provided absolutely no help at all. Don't be fooled by the cheep prices, many of the goods are missed labeled and if you have to return an item Miguel will flatly deny you and quote you the company policy without trying to figure out what the problem is. People need to avoid this store at all costs. read more
