Not my favorite Old Navy, it's probably one of the dirtiest Old Navy's Stores I have been to. I had to look all through the store to find the leggings, the plan ones that are hung normally near the register at other Old Navy's...When I found them, the were hanging at the very bottom of at like an end cap, but they were totally disorganized, some have no price tags just were taped together on a hanger, no size or style. They were so close to the ground that there were dirty and covered in dust bunnies and hair, a lot of them were literally on the ground in a pile. There was a thing of Disney pajama pants on a round hanger, had a sign over it " 50% off"...I pick out a pair and when I go to make my purchases, the cashier told me the Disney pants weren't a part of the sale....Super misleading,, they should be on their own rack with no sign if that is the case. The single reason this store gets two stars and not just one is the fact I can find decent flip flops for my husband. I walked in here with my husband earlier today, looking for flip flops, as he needed a new pair. This is where we always buy his, for whatever reason. The store is an absolute disaster. It looks like it's been through a tornado. Racks are a mess, so you can't find anything, you risk serious injury from all the merchandise being on the floor. I personally refuse to waste time trying to find something on a rack that isn't organized or that is mislabeled. It's a giant waste of my time. Nor will I trip over the 20 pairs of shoes scattered all over the floors. So I was severely limited on what I could shop for in this mess. Not a single employee greeted me or offered to help while I was in the store, until I stopped to lean against a display while waiting for my husband to be done in the bathroom, clearly playing on my phone. Onto the bathrooms... bathrooms in malls are cleaner than this! There was no toilet paper dispenser, so only God knows how many hands touched the roll before I got in there, if it was on the floor. It was on the railing for handicapped people, so again, how many people have touched it and spread germs? The trash can didn't even have a lid, there was no seat covers in the dispenser, there was no separate tampon/feminine product receptacle. There was no toilet paper in the men's room. My husband had to come out and find me, to ask me to get some for him from the women's room. Will I return? In a couple of years when it's time to buy Nathan flip flops again. Otherwise, no. Between the tornado-like state of the store, and the disease-ridden bathroom, I'm good. There's a million other stores I can go to where I don't risk tripping over merchandise or catching some illness from being filthy. As far as Old Navy stores go, this is one of the nicest ones I've been to. It's not the biggest or the flashiest, but I was impressed by two things: -how nice the kids are who work here. There were a few young guys (teens), working on the floor, sitting among piles of clothes, organizing and hanging them up. Piles and piles of clothes. They were smiling nonetheless, said hi to me and other customers, asking us all if we're finding everything ok, if we need any help locating anything. Just nice, helpful kids, not complaining about the monumental task they were working on, but just professional and smiling and nice. -this was the first Old Navy I've been to where the dressing rooms were clean. My kid loved the fact that this store had a decent selection of UO/Ducks shirts, and all at super super inexpensive prices. (Quite frankly, I'm very surprised by all the horrible reviews of this store. We found some fun, cheap things here and had a pleasant shopping experience). read more

Perfect Return Policy and Staff I bought 3 pairs of cozy-lined pants for my kid, cut off the tags, washed them. My kid wore it for several hours till I realized that the waistband was way too loose that it couldn't hold up. I thought I had to return these. It's not my fault - I picked the right size, everything else looks good. No way I could have realized the waistband before my kid wore it. This is a hard case to make at the store, but I tried it anyway. I explained to the cashier (Ms. Jinger - the nicest cashier on Earth). She listened and smiled "Normally we can't accept these, but in this case..." I didn't expect my feedback and return to be this welcomed. Horribly rude, dismissive staff, EVERY single time! The store is a mess, with clothing on the floor and just crammed onto racks. Finding a certain size on the clearance racks is nearly impossible. The bathrooms are dirty, often lacking toilet paper. I DO bite the bullet, and go in to try things on, as my sizes can range from Large (10) to Extra Small (00), depending on the item. I would never order online, as their sizing is wildly inconsistent. read more

Hire a new management team to clean that filthy store up, CLEAN your restrooms...come on now I was there at opening and this place was nasty. What a weird experience today. This isn't my first Old Navy rodeo but I don't make it a habit to shop here. I usually come in for jeans because they carry my sizes. Didn't find any jeans today. Womp womp. Clearance section looked like a hot unholy mess. Could barely find anything in that corner of despair. With that said, there was one employee went out of her way to help me get the info I needed. She was really sweet. But... with THAT said... when I went to checkout, the cashier was just awful. She was so abrupt and honestly, quite rude. She refused to make eye contact after I told her I didn't want an item. (Like, you mad bro? They're cheap flip flops. No damn thank you.) As the transaction wrapped up, I said "thanks," and she responded with "yup." The entire experience made me bristle. That one awesome employee can't compensate for any or all of the rest of the employees, unfortunately. People who are stressed either need to go take a break off the floor, or get a new ruddy job if it's a matter of continually hating the work you're doing and the people you're working with. This review is not for Old Navy as a brand but this particular location. Every time I've gone in, the clothes have been a mess. I feel like I'm at a rummage sale in the clearance section. I'll find an extra small shirt on extra-large hanger on a section rack referred to as medium, only to find out - - once I've got all that straightened out - - that it's a full price item shelved there by mistake. I was looking for some clothes for my toddler daughter and was upset to find that almost no 18 month clothing was in stock in either the infants or the toddler section. The longsleeved knits shirts that were on sale were a pawed-over pile like in the bottom of a teenager's closet... And this was a Tuesday evening, with sales staff idle and chatting on the floor. I bought my husband a pair of jeans two weeks ago using my Old Navy credit card. He washed them literally one time and wore them once, maybe twice and one of the belt loops ripped, causing a hole. We brought them in requesting an even exchange because obviously they are defective. Both the cashier and manager on duty said that because only one of the loops ripped they are led to believe it's from "force", so they couldn't do anything. Now, I could see them questioning this if he had worn them many times with multiple washes but that wasn't the case. I just think it was kind of unfair to accuse him of doing something he didn't do and were unwilling to exchange something that was clearly poorly made. Oh well, we'll buy our clothing elsewhere and never use the card again. read more

Old Navy definitely has its fair share of cons, but I will start by telling you what I believe are its pros. Old Navy is one of the better "fast fashion" brands. Unlike Forever 21, Old Navy's clothing quality tends to hold up better. The prices are pretty good, especially when they're having a sale. They have a wide selection of different fits, washes, and styles for their men's jeans. Cons: Employee-customer service relations are lacking. If you appreciate when an associate greets you at the door and/or offers to help you find a product or help you style an outfit, this is not the place to go. I imagine Old Navy can get away with its mediocre customer service because their clothing is priced to sell at a competitive rate. Another con is the store's cleanliness. Visual standards here are pretty low; when I was trying to help my boyfriend find his size in jeans, it took much longer than it should have taken to locate a pair because the denim wall was disheveled, out of order, and the way in which they fold their jeans makes it difficult to easily access the sizing sticker on the leg. Another con about this store is the dressing rooms. The "quick change" dressing rooms are convenient in the sense that they're dispersed throughout the store, but not good for when you try something on and it doesn't fit. Where are you supposed to put your go-back items? No associate is there to take them off your hands, so I guess they expect you to put it back yourself? While I wouldn't buy clothes for myself here, their jeans seemed to fit my boyfriend's standards, so for that they receive an "A-OK" from me. read more

the worst old navy ever! my husband has had 3 horrible shopping experiences here one instance he was ignored when he asked a question about a product and the other two his transaction was rung up wrong and the cashier had a cantankerous attitude for a error that was her fault on top of that it was the SAME employee both times. I myself was supposed to transfer to this location and i went in to work for 1 day and was never called back until i guess they were low on staff and they called me to see if i could work again haha i think NOT. i was never even put into the system and never received a paycheck for the one day i did work which they most likely never even put into the system. this old navy sucks ass. i will never in my life step foot in this old navy ever again. i think they should be out of business and i myself have even thought of sueing them over labor with no pay. read more

Wish there were no stars to give. Just went to this morning and one of the first customers to walk in when store opened at 10 a.m.. first went to bathroom and it was not clean and like a nasty gas station bathroom. Toilet paper all over floor and the sink was broke so you can't wash your hands. Then you can't find anything on racks as it was ao meassy that I have been there on black friday and never seen this way. Really has taken a step down and wow, not sure if I will be back to that store. It is like an outlet old navy now. read more

I go here for the sales racks mostly. The clothing here is basic and comfortable and cheap (even when not found on the sales rack) but it's also cheaply made...so there's that. I would say there's really only one thing I don't like about Old Navy and that is the check out lines. They can be long sometimes. I have definitely waited in line long enough that i've talked myself out of purchasing all of the items I initially entered the line with the intention of buying. read more

Ok. It's an old navy. I went during a sale. The line was quick. Found merchandise quickly. (even in my sizes). The only down side, no bag. I'm not sure if it's a law (I'm assuming it is, about only paper bags everywhere, which is cool with me) but the guy said they ran out of bags. Uhm.. it's a sale. The Eugene location was a consistent disaster in my last three visits. The selection seemed fairly picked over until I found clothes stuffed behind other hanging clothes on lower racks, a room pile high of clothes that still needed to be put back on the shelves in the dressing room area (it was early morning when I visited), and clothes thrown over random racks in the store. Furthermore, after searching for a salesperson, the woman said she would get an answer for me and be right back. I waited for 10 minutes without any help. I walked to the front of the store to find the woman at checkout. The couple next to me mumbled that the woman did the same thing to them as they pulled a ladder to drag down clothes off a shelf. Next time I want something from Old Navy, I'm ordering online or driving to Portland. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The staff are lazy, not helpful, sloppy looking and rude. I love Old Navy and their products but I am to the point where I would rather order online than give this location my money. I keep hoping time and time again it will get better but it just gets worse. Not only is the store laid out strangely it's messy, dirty and unorganized. The fitting room area looks and smells like a lost and found at an elementary school. No matter what coupon I have anytime I try to use it at this location they tell me it's invalid or expired. It's November 2nd, I was told first that my coupon was expired I showed the girl behind the counter it says valid until November 5th, 2014 and had to show her the date on my phone. She then changed her story to it's not valid on what you are purchasing. I said what isn't valid? Her response was well let me see as she dug through the pile of items I was going to purchase. Finding a pair of socks that met the criteria of invalid she said these! I said ok the rest of my purchase qualifies I will either skip on the socks or do two transactions to which I was told I refuse to honor your coupon you are trying to cheat our system. By buying things that qualify?! I am done with this store! read more
