The store was okay, but the selection wasn't the best compared to other locations. The main reason I'm writing this review is because of the customer service. The staff was not helpful at all and, in some cases, came across as downright rude. Customer service can make a big difference in the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I'd rather travel a little farther and shop somewhere that values its customers and provides better service. read more

Want to give a big shoutout to the girls working at Old Navy at this location. I came to see the Disney x Old Navy collection and it all was there to see :) also, had to get some new clothes for a new job so, I asked for assistance and got some good recc's from the employees. It was such a pleasant, clean, and relaxing environment which I enjoyed a lot as I had to try on various items. The girly at the register even helped me order a shirt that wasn't available in my size and it ships for free! Amazing customer service 100/10! don't recomm shopping hear. Clerls can't even do their job rights. Came back here after Christmas because they left the security tag on my wife's pants and they ended up questioning if she tried to steal the jeans a refused to give them back until proof was shown. They lacked in how to do the basic things that their trained to do. they all seemed dumbfounded and incompetent bc it took 30 minutes for them to take it off and to give us the jeans back. Will not be coming back and don't recommend anyone coming back especially if you don't want to be racially profile. read more

I hate to leave this because I haven't been here in so long and this is my childhood old navy, but it's so intense in there! From the moment me and my fiancé walked in we felt all eyes on us, I thought it was in my head but out of the 45 minutes I spent in there, i saw the same employees following us the entire time. At some point one of the manager looking employees came up to us pretty abruptly and started loudly asking if we need anything and if I have an old navy card or how I was going to pay?? This review is super delayed but I have meaning to post it for about a year!!!! This store is super helpful and all the staff provides excellent customer service. I go to this store almost every 2 months and whenever I have any issues or if i am looking for deals, the staff is super accommodating and always very helpful. Today was just another great day at old navy and Savannah really helped me out. She was super helpful and efficient and I really appreciated the excellent customer service she provided!! I gave two stars because the clothes are cute. Absolutely no customer service skills at the register. Just interested in rushing you along. Price integrity is not on point. Check price tags on the tables and make sure they are consistent with other same merchandise. Lots of mis-tagged merchandise and the cashiers can care less. The manager Sara can also care less. Maybe they'll step it up when weights & measures are called for pricing accuracy. Nice hefty fine should do it. read more

We're really glad to have an Old Navy near by. Usually shop here for our kids (along with Carter's one store over). We're always warmly greeted and never have any trouble returning items that didn't fit well. Look out for the sales or buy online to pick in stores discounts to save money. Cashier 3305529 said I didn't have an account which I do there without a credit card I pulled up my receipts on my email. Entered my email wrong on purpose my purchases add up to points regardless if she's trying to just get a credit card sale. The dumbed old navy lead I've ever experienced. I saw her input my email wrong on the screen and read my email twice trying to gas light me I guess she really needed that extra dollar for a credit opening to her check. read more

To avoid crowds come during off peak hours. You'll be able to find what you need quicker and you'll be able to avoid the craziness that comes with the afternoon/weekend crowds. You know it's that time again... back to school shopping. I love old navy because they have skinny jeans that fit my handsome skinny pre-teen son. This old navy was clean and neat. I really enjoy shopping at this store. The staff and manager are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. They never hassle me about returns (I do a lot of shopping online). They have great sales in-store. The only downside is that I wish the store was stocked with a bigger selection of styles and sizes but I don't think that's necessarily in the control of the individual store. I am willing to drive out of my way to come here because I always have a pleasant experience and usually find something great. read more

Not sure why all the low ratings. This Old Navy is a hidden gem especially during this pandemic. I went today and they were well stocked, the store was very clean and organized and every employee smiled and asked if I needed any help finding things. They have excellent dresses right now, cute sweat pant combos, and lots of clearance. One girl pointed out some tops on special for only $2.99 that I hadn't seen previous. I bought 4. I also love that the fitting rooms are open. The fitting room attendant smiled, was pleasant and happy to help me. She was present and available. I haven't been able to shop at Target or Kohl's because their fitting rooms are closed. I racked up a bill over $400 for my family and when I got to the check out Alan, the Store Manager helped me out. He was friendly and saved me over $100. I did sign up for a CC but I got a great deal and I was approved, no problem. The CC has a point reward system as well. I learned a lot today from Alan so I wanted to make sure everyone in this company knows the value Alan brings to this store, and the example he is setting. I left in a happy mood, and did not feel regretful for overspending, as Alan saved me money and I enjoyed his customer service. I hope Old Navy cares about the hard work these employees are putting in, in dangerous times like these, and doing it well, and doing it with a smile. Alan must be an excellent leader because I don't have anything to complain about. All employees smiled, offered help and all were busy folding clothes and keeping the store neat. read more

Same song and dance here...usually only 1 register open. No sense of urgency here, everyone moves at a slow pace. Transaction time at the register is super slow. They're too busy signing people up for rewards or credit cards they don't want or qualify for. Corporate ran store and that's what they push for and nothing else matters. Look at the other reviews. Do not shop here!!! If you do check your bag & receipt prior to leaving. They like to charge you for items and not put them into your bag & then pretend to not know what you're talking about. I purchased two pairs of shorts that were never put into my bag. When i cane back to the store after realizing they were missing they said i must've lost them after i left. I honestly only ever come here when they have sales. The sales are great and I've gotten a decent amount of deals. The quality of the clothes are great too. The clothes are decent, but sometimes I go in and never find anything I actually like. The customer service, however, is where I get annoyed at. During one of their sales, I only found one shirt I liked in their entire selection. So I called it a day and got rung up, but the employee kept hounding me to sign up for their credit card. I said no very politely because I honestly only shop here once a year, if that, so it would be pointless. He kept going on about how I looked like I wanted to, what was my "excuse", etc. He was like getting this card will make you shop here more. I understand when employees have to push certain sales and add ons for their job, but this guy was borderline pushy and I was getting very annoyed after I said no the FIFTH TIME. There's a fine line between good customer service and knowing how to upsell, and being pushy/annoying. I was just like dude out of your entire stock I only found one piece of clothing I like during the one time of the year I come in for a sale. I'm positive I don't want a card. AND HE STILL KEPT GOING. I was about to walk out because that shirt was not worth all of the annoyance. Also, don't look for help on the sales floor if you need help reaching high items or finding a particular type of clothing. I walked up to the cash register at 5pm today, July 11, and when I approached the cashiers, one of the three left. Then there were two cashiers. As soon as one of them finished helping a customer, she bailed, leaving me waiting for absolutely no reason. The guy who was being helped was taking forever, asking the cashier a bunch of questions. How rude is it to walk away when you have a customer waiting in line?! What crappy management this store has!!!! Never returning. I called earlier to check if I could bring my trained, very well-behaved dog in the store to ship with me today and was told "yes you are welcome to." When I got to the store and was about to check out, the manager or whoever he was trying to be came up to me and asked what kind of training she had and I told him obedience training. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to leave because they do not allow dogs in the store... I informed him that I called and checked beforehand, even showed him my recent calls where I specifically called that store. He said no one would have told me that and made me out to be a liar. Wanted to return a pair of jeans I took home and tried on and didn't like the fit and when I took them out of the bag she asked if I had wore them in a very condescending tone acting like I'm in trouble. I replied yes took them home and tried them on and she said well we can't return them then with a b*tchy tone this time. I told her I'm just exchanging them for a different sized pair and she said she can call someone up and then I waited. Then the new chick told me the same thing and she said she can get the assistant store manager and I did not feel like waiting again and left and will never return to this store.
