My beloved store! I buy there all the time! Good prices, good service, good products :))) I tell about this store to all my friends & family. Thank you read more

Had to find someone to help you with questions. Very limited selection of clothing. The price are somewhat reasonable. The location is big but quite empty. read more

You guys need to update your store hours online and on your window display. There is a 30 min to an hour difference in the time they actually close to what they have posted up. This has been going on for at least 2 years. It's confusing for customers. read more

Rude rude rude. We put a shopping cart of items on hold-customer service girl said they could put our things on hold until the end of the night l/at closing-Cool...right up until we were leaving and the loss prevention guy says "nope" we only hold for an hour, but I can give hours 2 hours" Since it's close to closing and you have so much stuff.. To be clear It was 6:50pm. At 8:45 we came back to a new guy...and different staff all around. Super defensive, rude and to be honest, borderline combative -somehow they vacillated between we don't know what you're talking about and the last guy had a note that said 7:30pm... I got frustrated because all we wanted to do was find the stuff we had spent a pretty decent amount of time shopping for earlier, and..... Could they please just tell us where it went because we couldn't find ANY of the items (there were at least 20). We got shifting stories from each person we asked to help us and ultimately left with zero merchandise. Would have been at least $300-$400 in sales. I guess that doesn't matter to them. They were not only rude-but made it seem like we were in the wrong for having been given bad information in the first place. Store was very messy-dirty-unorganized, staff was crazy rude.... not like the other Ross stores I have been to. I used to defend coming here to my husband-but he's right-it's a nasty crapshoot coming here-and that's why he hates shopping at Ross-I guess I have to agree with him. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I hardly ever leave reviews-but if I can spare someone the hassle of coming here-it will make our crummy experience less painful. read more

I've been coming here for such a long time now. And today was by far the worst experience I've had here at this Ross. The Cashier named Jessica was beyond rude. During today's visit my daughter was placing items on the check out table to help the cashier out. Then "Jessica" decided to give attitude to my 9 year old about how she was placing the items on the table. I've never experienced such disrespect like this before and the cashier could've approached those terms in a different matter. Will not be coming here anymore. read more

Terrible. Employees are great, but very sketchy clientele. I've had my car broken into and other incidents where my child and I were stalked by individuals. Addressed with management and security both times. We no longer shop there, as much as I love the great finds! Super bummer :( read more

Bad reviews as manager. And worker harassing customers to open bags when they just paid making customers apear to have stolen something look at reviews on Ross site just unacceptable customers who are paying should have top priority in the respect department. They need fire hire new staff pay attention to customer care surprisingly no lawsuits yet on deformation of character read more

MY CELL PHONE WAS STOLEN FRIDAY. I'm unsure if it was an employee or a customer. Regardless have your belongings on your body or lock them up in your car trunk before shopping at any Ross at this point. The staff in the afternoon seem to care more by taking down my contact info. But the one that was by the purses couldn't take the time to look at the cameras to see who had taken the phone. She claimed there weren't any cameras in the area I was in. Which led me to believe she might have had something to do with it. Who knows regardless don't shop here, if you must, do it with lots of precaution! read more

I guess whenever you don't have a tag on a product they will give you a standard price of 9.99 for that item. Doesn't matter brand or anything straight from the managers Laura's mouth. They basically said that's their "no tag policy" so I guess you can take a pair of Levi's up to the cashier and instead of them finding the actually price they give you a price of 9.99. Happened to me this morning when I tried to buy a non brand white tank a top. They gave me the compatible price as the actual price. So just a heads up you can pop tags off and get the item for 9.99 basically good luck with that and goodnight read more

I hate this store. I have to say that they did have something I wanted, so I waited in the horrible line, but overall, this store blows. First, it's a mess and it's weird. The shoes had no labeling for sizes and were so mixed up you could hardly find anything. It was really sparse on pretty much everything. They had hardly and of the food products. Almost no dishes. No jewelry. Then forget the line. There were FIVE people behind the counter at the customer service desk and only two registers open. Gee thanks, management. I do not plan on returning to this Ross...worst one I've ever been to and I've been to MANY read more

I was very disheartened by today's visit. I had several items to try on and the fitting room attendant took caution to check the pockets of all of the items to ensure I wasn't attempting to steal merchandise. I understand loss prevention practices, so it didn't bother me. What DID bother me was when a non-African American lady wanted to try on her items, and the attendant did NOT check for items in the pockets. I felt discriminated against by the attendant on today's visit. I have shopped at this location several times and have never felt the way that I did on today. I am very disappointed. read more

went here earlier and this place was a mess. literally have damaged items on the rack for sale and alot of items with no prices. I'd rather go to Marshall's a couple of stores down they are alot cleaner and have prices! read more

***This is a small Ross, but it also seems pretty clean and organized for a Ross--not as cluttered as some of their other locations*** This Ross is located in a shopping plaza that holds a Target and a Cost Plus World Market. This is one of saddest reviews because I am a HUGE Ross fan. I literally go all the time and get great deals. Two weeks ago I had surgery on my left arm. Today was my first day out of the house (was going stir crazy) so of course I went to Ross. I bought a bunch of healthcare facial products. Few nick knacks and two kitchen foam mats. As I was loading my stuff on to the register counter, the employee tells me, please be aware we don't have any large bags. I told her I have a bad arm and showed it to her (with brace on) and said I wouldn't be able to carry the two large mats skinny with the 3 bags of items. The lady said " yeah, I'm sorry". So I asked if I could just keep everything in the cart and take the cart to my car and she said "sorry but no". I was taken back by her response and unwillingness to help. I said, well I guess I won't be buying those because I can't carry them. That response satisfied her and she rang up my merchandise ....... as I was walking out to my car the more upset I became. I'm only temporarily disabled, what able all those people who have to live without a limb, or disability. Made me sad. I think maybe some ADA and sensitivity training is in order. read more

I really like to shop at Ross But this is the worst store u can ever go to The customer service there is really bad and the staff need to go somewhere to take classes in order to know how to deal with the customers I hate going there!! Every time I go I got confused !! Goo to the one on McKinley st they r much better! read more

I really do not care for this location. As you're walking in your greeted instantly by the Security Guard , in uniform. I get it when stores have LP (loss prevention ) staff , but to walk into a home store you thrown a tad.... like have I entered a danger zone?! Every department is a total mess. Yes some of us shoppers place items in the wrong department /section, but seriously need to have a few employees on the floor picking up and sweeping the floors. The employees were friendly but something needs to be done to revamp/clean up this location asap! Won't be coming back anytime soon! read more

I will never come back to this location. After eating at Romano's Macaroni Grill, we took a stroll-shop to some of the stores that sit in the same super huge lot (one being Ross). I've never been treated like a criminal at any Ross location - apparently, the workers at this location have deep seeded, ignoramus issues... In short, the so-called loss prevention/security girl treated me as if I was going to really steal from the moment I walked in with my baby in the stroller. Not only that but before the cashier rung up my purchase (which she also treated me the same way), the security girl checked my baby's stroller before we walked out. Really? Yeah, like I have or ever had the desire to ever steal from any place. Sheesh... ... Seriously... read more

Love going to this place I love finding vans and Volcom two shirts. Wife lives for this place great place for great deals

I normally have good customer service and find some good deals. Today was not that. The cashier was unpleasant and not very happy. Definitely will consider visiting a different location next time. read more

I usually come here late at night after work to avoid the crowds. Store is pretty organized, workers help you if you ask for it. There is one young cashier who is very friendly and always compliments my outfits! Love finding deals here! read more

This is the worst Ross I've ever been to. I'm surprised it's still open. About once a year, I decide to give it a try, and every year I'm shocked. It always looks completely unorganized and like they're closing down due to how sad it looks inside that store. read more

9/5/15 - 9:30Am This store location is Great It was clean and everything was organized well stocked, maybe because I went at 9:30am I do gotta say at check out cashier was RUDE! Not only to me but 2other people I was with. People like that should be working at all if there going to be having Bad customer Service (Stay home! Or find another Job) I wouldn't even give it a star for bad customer service. Cashier rings me Up gives me my total.. I tell her I have 70cents of the change she then goes on and says I can't take it I already punched in your total I said you just have to give me back a even amount of dollars back she says nope I can't do it. Like really??? Yes you can she must be Stupid to not give back money. After transaction was done I than say have a Great Rest of your day.. She looks at me and says Yeah okay??? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Hopefully that same lady's not there if I ever return here again! read more

This Ross was recently re-organized, much less clutter! The lines though, are so long and more staff would be much appreciated.

I asked one of the workers if they had women's size 10 on these really cool green crocks they had, and the woman stared to criticize my choice of color. She then tried to manipulate and persuade me to get pink ones and talked about how the green one gave her ptsd of the green birthmark on her ass read more

I have visited this Ross stores on many occasions know and I must say they offer excellent customer service. The last few times I was there the manager by the name of Sarah gave me great customer service and anytime I go there they welcome every one very warmly and with a great smile. They have a great selection of ladies dress and shoes. I especially like going there on Tuesday's whenever I go because I also get the senior citizen discount (Smile). I will recommend this Ross to anyone and I plan to shop there every chance I get. read more

I visited this Ross last week (10/31/17). I went with a few others from the nursing home we live at. We only got to shop for 30 minutes - that just is NOT enough time for ME to power-shop, ok! Anyway, the shop seemed very clean on my trip. Slow time of day - not alot of customers or employees. I managed to make some sweet purchases, (1 pr. of jeans $13.99, light weight floral kimono w/ lovely detailed long sleeves $6.99, low-cut long sleeve Tiger shirt $3.99 - S A W E E E T!! Bought a few other things. I can't say much about the staff there - pretty much devoid of personalities. However, she rang me up quickly & I was on my way as the damn bus was waiting for me (as usual) :-/. All in all, I found it to be a pleasant experience. There were no clothes dripping off the hangers like I usually witness at these type of stores. The employees there did enough to get your purchases completed (& that's all you really need) and a clerk even held the door open for me (although I am in a wheelchair - not saying I expect that kind of treatment as it usually doesn't happen - there is NO such thing as customer "service" anymore). I'd say I received the kind of treatment that was fair. read more

This store shelves are always half empty. This store is dirty most of the time. Half the stuff is broken. If by chance I find something, I have to wait in a line that seems to take forever. Prices are cheap though. I only go in here if I am trying to find a cheap prop otherwise I would never shop here. read more

I went in to quickly get some bras, and while I found two in sizes that are near enough to my own, the selection wasn't very good and the sizes were jumbled. The dressing rooms weren't a mess, and it wasn't terribly crowded at 8pm on a Friday. They seemed to be short one cashier, though, so the line took longer than expected. Not too bad for a Ross. read more

I absolutely hate this store it really annoys me that is the closes one to me! I went in today knowing exactly what I was looking for so I was going to be in and out. I was at marshalls which is a few stores down prior to going to Ross so I had my kids in the marshalls shopping chart. When I walked into Ross the security guard on duty came up to me and said I was not aloud to bring in the marshalls cart and could only use their carts. I normally wouldn't mind this but giving the fact that u can't bring the Ross shopping carts out of the store makes it very inconvenient when u have 3 kids! I mean even have to transfer 1 kid is hard enough! So they lost my business for sure from here in out. Today was the last straw with this Ross. They are extremely slow and don't seem to care much about there customers any how. Good riddance! read more

Slowest cashiers in the world. Let's face it, I don't come here for the customer service, but seriously it's bad enough that the store is a mess, and inconsiderate people let their kids run amok in the store. I really enjoyed having my toes run over by a 3 year old pushing a shopping cart while the mom was nowhere to be found. But I draw the line at animals, dogs are not people and shouldn't be allowed in the store unless they are service animals. read more

I went in today and bought a pair of shoes. Took them home, tried them on and realized that they were a bit tight. I immediately drove back to the store within 1 hour to exchange or return them with the receipt in hand. Once there a RUDE cashier refused to return/exchange the shoes because she said that they were "too damaged!" I explained to her that they were in that condition when I bought them one hour prior. She refused to return them and treated me like a criminal. I will never shop there again. (Side note: I am a Fraud Investigator) read more

Always long lines and under staffed. The management of this store is incompetent. Absolutely pathetic that Sunday there is only 1 register open and a line wrapped around. Not a manager in site read more

Store is a mess! Clothing sizes significantly out of order. Check out line had over a dozen people in it! All 3 toilets in women's clogged. I don't know if it is a management or client issue but skip this Ross if you can. read more

Leave it Ross to make you feel like a criminal for shopping there. My wife decided to try on 3 pairs of shorts for the summer. When she took them to the lady to try them on she (my wife) was told to hang them up on the rank. The employee started to check all the pockets like we was trying to sneak merchandise in to steal it. When you go to the front they want us to remove our own hangers on stuff we haven't even bought yet. I can say I haven't felt this unwelcome in a while. Thanks Ross for making me feel like a criminal. read more

Middle-aged woman who's working right now doing the register and returns needs to take a couple of classes on customer service. Coming from someone who's only worked in customer service she was very rude. Not once did she smile or even look me in the face when talking to me. She looked like she hated her job and her life. The younger girl working next to her seemed a lot more pleasant and I wish she had helped me. read more
