After meeting with Ariella, seeing their showroom, and how everything was so professionally done with my estimate, I decided to go with Capital and have absolutely no regrets about it! Chris and Osmara were the project managers I worked with and they are amazing! They were always available when I had a question, and frequently checked in throughout the entire project. Chris came by my house often to check on the progress of the job and make sure I was satisfied. I felt reassured he knew exactly that was happening with the work being done and future plans. He is a great communicator and kept the project flowing smoothly. I did not have to worry about coordinating anything because Chris and Osmara took care of everything. I am extremely pleased with the high quality of the kitchen remodel and all the installer's expertise and craftsmanship. Herbert is a man with many skills and constantly amazed me with his knowledge and creativity. He did the demolition, electrical, plumbing relocation, drywall extension and repair, and appliance installation. I knew unexpected issues occur during remodels, but that didn't hinder Herbert. He was able to provide excellent solutions to anything that we had not thought of. He is serious about his craft and wants everything to be perfect (something I greatly appreciated). He is a true asset to their company. The cabinets were installed by Francisco and they are absolutely beautiful! He made sure everything was fitted exactly right and took the time to prep the house and clean up after everything was installed. He is another skilled craftsman that take pride in his work! Lastly, the quartz countertop and backsplash were templated and installed by Antonio and Frederico. I wanted to see how the quartz was going to be cut, and Capital Counters offered to have me meet with Antonio and Frederico at the shop to see how they planned to template my slabs of quartz. The veining on the Cambria quartz I selected is so beautiful I wanted to make sure that was highlighted in the final cut. Well, these guys did not disappoint either! They are experts and showed me how they planned on taking full advantage of the beautiful veining of the quartz when fabricating the countertops and backsplash.
