Stopped in to take a quick look at some new jeans, after I picked up a few grocery items at Target. So co venue t to have all these stores grouped together her! I purchased some jeans several months ago at Old Navy, and really do like the comfort, fit and quality. But, I lost a bunch of weight - which is a good thing of course - so now I need to replace the almost new jeans that I bought earlier, yay for me! Looks like they rearranged the store layout just a little bit since the last time I was in and it seems a lot more open. Unfortunately, I left empty handed... there was plenty to choose from in the jean area, but I think I'm going to wait until some sales with better prices come on. They also had some nice fall colored men's shirts in stock... just something to keep in mind for the season! read more

This is located by Ohio State's campus so the area can get very busy at times navigating in and out. I came here to make a return and it was such an easy process. The employees were very nice and patient. The store is clean and well kept. There's plenty of space around the store to socially distance. I got suckered into the deals around the store so I ended up buying things lol. I'm loving their active wear line! read more

Let me start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of Old Navy. I say this because I can always find reasonably priced clothing when I need it the most. It's something I can count on and I really appreciate the consistency. The quality of the clothing also isn't terrible, it definitely holds up. Overall, I know exactly what to expect from this big chain retailer. This location specifically is very convenient, as it's snuggled in between Target and Barnes and Noble right off Olentangy River Rd. I really enjoy being able to make multiple shopping stops all in the same area, so bravo when it comes to the location. There is a giant parking lot out front which makes parking a breeze and the inside of the store only gets crazy busy every once in a while. The service here has always been great! The staff is friendly and always willing to double check prices if things scan incorrectly at the register. This does tend to happen often and I contribute that to the countless amount of coupons and deals they have going on at any given time. I do have to say that they loose the stars due to the lack of organization and overall mess. They are often out of the sizes I need and I almost always find myself digging through giant piles of clothing while I'm looking for something I want. This doesn't bother me too much but if it were cleaner and more organized, they would definitely get additional star(s). At the end of the day I enjoy Old Navy clothes and I'll continue to shop here, especially when I need a basic item like a simple white tank, flip flops, or scarves. This Old Navy is pretty average. It's a chain store so it sucks. The staff is sometimes helpful. It's mostly college students there when school is in session. The store becomes holy hell when school starts and the students come. I really hate the corporate atmosphere, so I tend to avoid it. It has lots of cheap clothes but a lot of these look like shit. This is the catch for things being so cheap. It also sucks having to move around all the airhead college students coming to find their booty shorts and halter tops. This store is so crowded with it being close to campus. It has some good deals on pretty good clothes. There are better stores but will occasionally come here. I would avoid all the chain stores and that includes Old Navy. It's not all bad because it sometimes will have some good sales. This is not the place to buy the best and coolest clothes but you can find a lot cheaper than other stores. read more

The web states the store opens at 9am. I drove 40 mins and it doesn't open until NOON!!!

Apparently, there has been a change to the layout since I found on my most recent visit that there is, as others have mentioned, a giant mannequin display in front, and the fitting rooms are all in the middle of the store. There are also "quick change" rooms in both the men and women's areas, which have a mirror and a curtain that quickly pulls around - no door to lock, and light isn't too great in them. Your standard Old Navy selection of clothes, jeans, the famous flip flops, and more can be found here. If you like Old Navy, this is a pretty standard one. Sizing also seems to have changed here - I think it is running a bit big from what I could tell... so if you haven't been in for awhile, you may want to try on some pieces to make sure your size is what you think it is there. Staff is friendly and efficient, and the location in the shopping center has plenty of nearby parking. read more

I shop at old navy due to the price. Yes, it's cheap. And I mostly buy clothes for my young child. But this location it's always providing the worth customer service ever! I'm a very low maintenance, all I want it's a quick check out. And it's always! Always super slow. Even today it was only one person ahead of me and two cashiers. By the time it was my turn, the cashier next to me start having a difficulty to complete the transaction and "my" cashier had to help her, which took forever. I had my toddler with me and he started to get impatient, so I picked him up from the cart and we were standing there for a good 10 minutes, finally, he rang me up, super rude and annoyed because my toddler wanted to push a button which he didn't.. I felt that I was an inconvenience for the cashier, it was so awkward.....so I will avoid this place, not worth my time...((( read more

It's your typical Old Navy. If you don't like big chains, you won't like it. Period. That being said, this Old Navy has a slightly weird layout. When you walk in the door you run smack into a wall of women's clothing and the creepy "model-quins." They've set the registers right in the middle there - which is also weird - and that accounts for wall o' ladies clothes. The regular dressing rooms are also in the middle of the store and awkwardly situated and lit. The clothing is pretty inexpensive - though it's cheaply made. It seems that all of the sizes are scaled up or down from the size 6, which is not the best option for those of us who are pudgey, oddly shaped, or super thin. But, as I work to lose weight, I don't want to spend much on pants and the like so chances are good I'll deal with the so-so quality and odd fit because cheap is better. =P read more

The layout in here is terrible, imo. The dressing rooms are right in the center of the store and they make it feel fragmented and much smaller than it actually is. Way to blow a big, open floor plan. The clothes are so so. They have cheap slippers and flip flops, which is the only thing I've ever came here to purchase. Not much else I can say about the place. It's a very busy feeling environment, even if it isn't crowded. Just kind of uncomfortable to be there. read more

So close to campus. The staff are attentive and ask if you need help while shopping. 10% off with Buck ID. Don't forget if you are a student. The sale section is usually pretty large and decently organized. The store is clean. Dressing rooms are located in the center of the store. They have these awesome piggy backs that rotate every month. We've started collecting them. read more

It's been a while since I shopped at this particular store and there have definitely been A LOT of changes since I was last there. The layout has completely changed, but it almost looks too crowded. Also unlike all other Old Navy stores, the dressing rooms are in the middle. There are some small curtained off dressing rooms spread throughout the store. One note about the dressing rooms: there's very little light. There are lights running down the center of the store & what appears to be lights directly over the dressing room, but these weren't lit. The cashier told me they had lost power earlier that day so perhaps that was the problem. read more

The worst Old Navy in town. Long lines to check out, registers that aren't up to date with sales so you need to watch carefully at check out or you WILL be over charged and they seem to rarely straighten the store. I went on a Saturday to buy some things and went back to exchange a few item the following weekend and the same crumpled t-shirt was in a corner on the floor both times. Horrible store. read more
