I came in an hour before closing in hopes of finding this particular jean jacket. I borrowed my aunt's jean jacket and fell in love with it, but I knew it was older so I was not very hopeful they would still have it in stores. I found it almost instantly and was so excited. The store is very neat, and had a lot of sales going. At the counter, I ended up getting the jacket for $20 instead of $40 due to a promotion they had online that they applied at check out. Basic and decent but the checkout process is endless. Check the line before you shop as checkout can exceed shopping time by twice. This is the wrong way to do retail. I guess it's baked in cause there is endless grab items in the long queue. Don't have time for this kind of retail anymore. read more

This Old Navy location is probably the worst one I've been too. It underwent a remodeling within the past couple of years and when I went in today, I couldn't find anything. For some reason, it's not set up like the other Old Navy's I've been too. Pretty confusing layout. Clothes were everywhere! It was like a tornado hit the store! On the floor, unfolded on the tables, mixed up with unlike items...just everywhere. I used to frequent this location often, until the one in Crofton was built, now I need to really rethink if I should come back here. It was only 12pm when I arrived but the racks in the dressing room were already overloaded with clothes that needed to be put back. They did have several staff members at the cash registers, so that was a plus, but no one was on the floor to answer questions. I was able to find a couple of tops amongst the clutter, but I couldn't find what I came in for. A lot of racks were bare and needed restocking. It reminded me of an extremely junky closet. Very unappealing to the eye. It actually made me want to leave. I did and went to the one in Crofton. They were clutter free! read more

I went there to pick up a shirt that I had ordered online, and the customer service was awful. The lead person couldn't seem to find my order. I don't know if her scanner wasn't working or what. She told me I was late to pick the item up, and I wasn't because today was the last day. Then the manager came up, and she eventually found my order. However, the manager had an attitude when she served me. No one ever apologized that it took twenty minutes to simply pick up my item. It was not a good system, and the customer service was horrible. I don't know if I will order from them again. There was no place on the website to even complain about poor customer service, and it seems like companies like Old Navy don't want to hear any complaints anymore. They simply don't care how customers are treated. I swear customer service is dead. It's pretty sad! read more

Not the best Old Navy but maybe it's super popular and the sales cleared out the racks. I'm gonna let them stock up a little bit and try again. I'm looking for the great friendly (but not pushy) customer service, neat and well stocked clothes racks, and zero lines that I've experienced in at least one other Old Navy in another state. Love this Old Navy it's always put together and clean and the staff is always so nice I love just walking around checking the stuff out. If you go to the back of the store they always have a sport section (my fave) and a clearance area too. I'm Not cheap like that but who doesn't love $2 T's?!! Cashier was rude as can be, sign on table said $30 plus the store was 30% off, she argued that price was wrong and would not even walk over to check. I showed her what the website said and she still gave me a hard time. Walked out leaving five pair of khakis with her. Management needs to train staff better read more

Sadly, this Old Navy is not up to par with the quality of customer service or the smiling employees, that I have become accustomed to. My daughter and I were treated extremely rudely over confusion from a Sales Ad. When 4 adults are reading the ad and all understand the same thing, at no point is it acceptable for the manager to tell the customers or their employees to learn to read better. I am very annoyed!!!! The jeans that I bought at their old Navy store ended up being cut funny after washing so I took them back for an exchange. They would not exchange them. They said that because I washed them they can't take them back. I told him the front at the bottom of the zipper pokes out and looks funny. It wasn't like that when I bought them. I got the jeans buy one get one. He then said I could return them for an exchange but I would have to pay the difference because that sale is over. I am so upset and disapointed with old navy. I was completely turned off when I went into this Old Navy to return an item and was told that I had to stand in line behind about 15 purchasers. Why is there no customer service desk in this location?? I understand that one long line of purchasers waiting for the next available cashier may be efficient, but not for someone who simply wants to return an item they have already purchased. They need to work on this, for sure. read more
