I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us! I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price. While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.

And while mowing a yard with tall grass I hit a rock with my mower and dented the driver side door. In all honesty I can be difficult to impress. Dents be gone didn't let me down at all. You can't even tell what spots on my Truck were dented. When I dropped my truck off I was told 3-4 hours it would be done. Took me 30 minutes to get to his home. On my way home I didn't even get to cross the Columbia Bridge and got a message he was already almost done. He updated me with pictures the entire time. Within 3 hours he was finished with my truck. The place is located in a nice neighborhood. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was done to my truck. I did not get driver side door pics I apologize for that. ladies, please be observant of using this company to have your car painted. When I went to pick up…read moremy SUV and the place they were supposed to paint had bubbles on the top and orange peel look. I discussed this with them and they went ahead and redid it, and I had to pay for another day of a rental car, which they would not pay for. I believe they thought that I was a female, and would not notice all the bubbles that were on the top of my hood. Furthermore, there were plates in the front that needed to be painted and they painted them and within a few days the paint peeled off due to the fact they did not put a primer on. From the day I brought my SUV home my side mirror turn signals were not working on my car. They said this had nothing to do with what they worked on that is a bunch of bull because they took off my bumper and my side panels on each side and had to paint them and guess what my mirrors have the electrical components that are underneath my bumper. my bumpers in the front and back every time when I would go over a harder bump, they would unhook and I would have to get out of my car and snap them back into place. They broke the piece of metal that holds up my hood. now when somebody else works on my car, they have to put a block of wood and to hold the hood up to work under the car. Speaking to the service manager, and two other people in there it was a joke, if I could've gave them zero on this I would have. I'm sure if I was a man none of this would have happened to him. I actually got referred by a male friend who referred me to this place. So ladies, please be aware of Maaco as they do not show pride in work when working on a females vehicles!
