It is a tiny place. I planned a 130pm visit because it seat 20 inside & maybe 30 more in warmer weather outside. But scratch, homemade stuff awaits you. We did the green Chile cheese, which is breadsticks & cheese dip, to start. Light breadsticks with a rich beer cheese and enough green chilies fir a warm bite. We also got the Pancho pizza, pulled pork with green chilies. It comes well done but crispy crust stays good. It's a wood fired oven. Ours had tion of green chilies but previously not as many. Fresh taste and good service. Keep in mind it's small dinner will mean waiting for a table. There's a small menu but lots of flavors within. read more

Great pizza, but at what cost? This pizza isn't good enough to wait 2 hours for. We showed up at 10:30 (they opened at 11). We were still 5th place. We were seated at a 2 person table the server ignored. The staff brought water but we didn't get glasses for 12 minutes. The waitress took orders for people that came in after us. In fact one was a giant party. I'm not sure why you would skip 2 people in favor of a party of 12 or so. 35 minutes for a salad to arrive and 1 hour 10 minutes for the pizza! I know it's pine and it's hard to get good staff but someone needs to manage here. I won't be back, not worth it. The entire experience took 2 hours and we were the 5th in. read more

Cool atmosphere in Pine, AZ. The food exceeded expectations. Had the "Just Beet It" salad with chicken and I created a GF pizza. Both were amazing. If I could give this 10 stars I would! Jaelyn was amazing, one of the best waitresses I have ever had. She would check on us and make sure everything was good or if we needed anything every time she walked by. The good thing about this place is the pizza and that they have heaters outside so it may be 40 out but it's so nice to sit outside. Everyone was so sweet and amazing at there job. We usually go to the Tap House and have a great time with great service. Had to sit at the pizza place tonight and my 84 year old father could not get a scotch and water because they do not carry scotch made my 81 year old mother walk to the tap house to get the drink. Are you kidding me the bartender said we can't walk up there guess who my mother saw up there the day bartender getting wine bottles. What a joke these people are the only game in town so they can treat people like this to bad. Will go to The brewery from now on at least they have great service and don't make people walk to get their own drinks. read more

Sometimes there is a wait, but if you plan ahead and explore Pine while you wait for them to text you that your table is ready, the wait is well worth it. On to the food... absolutely amazing and delicious. The beer cheese and bread sticks are epic. The pizza is cooked to perfection and every bite just makes you feel like you found the best pizza place in Arizona. Keep up the amazing work and friendly service. Incredible. Absolutely beautiful incredible. We started with the Gorgonzola portobello caps and that was out of this world. The breadsticks sitting in the sauce... oh god. Unbelievable. We saved the cream sauce to dunk our pizza in it. Pizzas promptly followed - meat fest and bbq. The meat and sausage were out of this world and the crust, absolutely perfect. This time we tried The Pancho, The White Pizza, and the cheese (can't remember specific names). All were delish, but the Pancho was everyone's favorite- unlike anything we have tried before! Even myself who isn't much of a pulled pork eater LOVED it. We also tried the Green Chile Beer Cheese- the bread sticks that came with it were so good! We loved this place!! It's so cute, clean, and quaint with a little hipster vibe mixed in. We had a drink in the main restaurant at the bar, the bartender made me one of their signature drinks (not on the menu) called the Basilik and it was delicious! Light and refreshing. We hear Old County Inn won an award for best restaurant?! Not surprised! We came here on recommendation from The Strawberry Inn. Checking out reviews and photos beforehand, it was no question that we had to see what the hype was about. We were here on a Sunday evening and opted to be seated at the outdoor patio, to have the view of the gorgeous mountain greenery. On this chilly night, we relied on the electric warmers + cute blankets they provide. Our kind waiter showed us around the menu, insuring us all of the locally sourced and made-in-house items. We ended up going with the buffalo chip + the spinach artichoke chicken pizza (no chicken). The fresh cut, homemade chips were such a treat in itself and that pancho (buffalo) sauce is perfectly tangy and savory. There is no wonder why they use that sauce in several of their items. The wood-fired pizza, which they are infamous for, is made to perfection. It takes time to make but it is surely worth the wait. It is crispy on the outside, and soft towards the middle and highlights the quality toppings! The spinach + artichokes + ricotta + balsamic glaze was so delicious. We love pizza and theirs definitely did not disappoint. My husband also enjoyed the fresh squeezed lemonade. Our only regret is that we did not have room for dessert! We stopped by here on the way to visit a nearby llama farm. We saw that it had great reviews so we decided to try it. Although it was lunch time on a Saturday, we were promptly seated on the nice patio and our beverage and meal order were taken very soon thereafter. We discovered that they do not have kid's meals or kid's size pizza, which was disappointing. We ordered the Meat Pie, the Pancho, the Harvest salad and two orders of the Buffalo Chips. The chips came out and were very large, very thin slices of potatoes. The slices were nice and crispy and were accompanied by buffalo sauce dip and blue cheese dip. The salad arrived and it was a delightful blend of textures and flavors. The cranberries, golden raisins, shaved brussels, carrots, onions, kale and blue cheese blended nicely with the dressing. The pizzas arrived soon after amd were amazing. The crust was perfectly sized at about 13 inches and had a nice crust on them. The Pancho was tasty with the right amount of green chile heat, pizza sauce, tender pork, perfect amount of cheese. The Meat Pie had a good amount of sausage and small pepperoni and cheese. The server was slightly forgetful but the manager was helpful. The inside space was small but the bathrooms were clean. The tables could have been wiped before seating us. I don't normally write reviews on Yelp but this restaurant was so unexpectedly amazing, I feel compelled to let everyone know. Our kids loved the FRIED CHIX + PIX. The breading was hand dipped and the chicken was wonderfully juicy. We also loved the homemade pickles and ranch dressing. The beet salad was light and refreshing, with a zesty dressing. The meat pie pizza was a perfect blend of cheese, pepperoni, and fennel spiced sausage. The crust was cooked to perfection. The gluten free "lefty" pizza had an unique array of chicken, zingy pesto, red onions and tangy bbq sauce. We ate until we were busting! This might be the best pizza we've ever had. I think this may be my all time favorite pizza, and I'm from Chicago, so that's big. We've been in Pine about 6 weeks and have been to this place 6 times now. Each and every time it's amazing. On my last visit I had the special pizza of the day, the "Don Elote", which had pork, roasted corn, creme and a few other magical ingredients.
