Simply put, this is my favorite pizza place in Arizona. Personally, I get the Pancho and Buffalo Chips every time. But my buddies and family have tried just about everything else down to the salads, chicken strips, and wings. They haven't missed the nail once. The beer selection is great. Hell, even the music playlist is solid. The service has been solid even though they are always busy. It I had a gripe, it's that they aren't open every day of the week. read more

this place was SO GREAT. my friend and i are from phx and just did a short day trip up in payson and asked a local where a good place to get lunch was and she recommended this one. so happy we got the chance to try this place - seriously some of the best pizza i've ever had and all the employees were extremely nice. my friend and i got a cider on tap (which was delicious) and we got a simple pizza with added pepperoni and some veggies (they put the toppings on the side in a cast iron for you to do on your own). i will definitely be coming back to this place soon. support the local places in town here - they are all so sweet!! read more

Awesome little place. We have passed by it all the time on our way to the high county, glad we stopped for lunch. Clam Pizza is delicious!

First time trying Old County Inn. We made a day trip to Payson/Pine and had read so many reviews of how good the pies were so had to find out. The place was packed so we had to sit at the bar. That was okay because Sarah was behind the bar slinging drinks and she was really cool. We ordered the Meat Pie and it did not disappoint. Excellant crust with plenty of sausage and pepperoni. Wood Fired pies are so good! Strongly recommend you give this place a try if you are near Pine. You wont be sorry. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the wait. We waited forever but was not Sarah's fault someone ordered 10 pies to go just when we sat down and it backed up all orders after. read more

Headed up to spend the afternoons with family. Stopped here at this place which was highly recommended to us for some pizza. I was totally prepared to wait for this popular place, but was pleasantly surprised to be seated for a party of 5 in about 15 minutes which was great! It's worth the wait, so if one would come on a busier day I'd say grab a drink and wait it out. We had the artichoke pizza and Hawaiian. Crust ends had the right amount of chewiness and was so good!!!! Sorry to say I lost all my senses when it came and the pizza was eaten before we took pics, but I did capture this loaded up bloody Mary which was spicy and tasty!! 10/10 would make a point to come here again!!!! read more

Incredible spot in Pine! The food and beer are amazing and it's definitely a happening place on the weekends.

This was one of the best original pizzas we have had in a long time. Yah, Pizza factory makes a great pepperoni and cheese, but these folks take the prize for original and creative. The Pancho was so much better than I expected it to be. You could taste the rich roasted flavor of the pork. The roasted green chiles and cilantro serene pepper pesto was the bomb! I wish I could give zero stars!! Absolute worst place to get pizza!!! Get ready to wait over an hour for a burnt pizza. Dominos is even better than this place. They fired all of their good staff, and the bartender/"manager" Lindsay Love is always drinking on the job, you can smell it on her breath. And the GM is a host at best! Absolutely disgusted with the management of this place. They're rude to their customers and only care about tips, not the quality of the "food" they serve. -10/10. read more

We ate 3 meals in three days here. It's that delicious! Everything we tried we would absolutely order again! We ordered the meat pie, pancho pie, green Chile beer cheese and breadsticks, meat and cheese plate, chic and pix, and the dark chocolate gelato. they make so much of their food in house such as their bacon, sausage, pickles etc. It is worth a drive from the Phoenix valley just to eat here. read more

We stopped in for dinner on the recommendation of a local resident. The pizza was delicious! They only offer 1 size and it was perfect for 2 people to share. If I could give this 10 stars I would! Jaelyn was amazing, one of the best waitresses I have ever had. She would check on us and make sure everything was good or if we needed anything every time she walked by. The good thing about this place is the pizza and that they have heaters outside so it may be 40 out but it's so nice to sit outside. Everyone was so sweet and amazing at there job. It is a tiny place. I planned a 130pm visit because it seat 20 inside & maybe 30 more in warmer weather outside. But scratch, homemade stuff awaits you. We did the green Chile cheese, which is breadsticks & cheese dip, to start. Light breadsticks with a rich beer cheese and enough green chilies fir a warm bite. We also got the Pancho pizza, pulled pork with green chilies. It comes well done but crispy crust stays good. It's a wood fired oven. Ours had tion of green chilies but previously not as many. Fresh taste and good service. Keep in mind it's small dinner will mean waiting for a table. There's a small menu but lots of flavors within. read more

We usually go to the Tap House and have a great time with great service. Had to sit at the pizza place tonight and my 84 year old father could not get a scotch and water because they do not carry scotch made my 81 year old mother walk to the tap house to get the drink. Are you kidding me the bartender said we can't walk up there guess who my mother saw up there the day bartender getting wine bottles. What a joke these people are the only game in town so they can treat people like this to bad. Will go to The brewery from now on at least they have great service and don't make people walk to get their own drinks. read more

Great pizza, but at what cost? This pizza isn't good enough to wait 2 hours for. We showed up at 10:30 (they opened at 11). We were still 5th place. We were seated at a 2 person table the server ignored. The staff brought water but we didn't get glasses for 12 minutes. The waitress took orders for people that came in after us. In fact one was a giant party. I'm not sure why you would skip 2 people in favor of a party of 12 or so. 35 minutes for a salad to arrive and 1 hour 10 minutes for the pizza! I know it's pine and it's hard to get good staff but someone needs to manage here. I won't be back, not worth it. The entire experience took 2 hours and we were the 5th in. read more

This place is so amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are so nice and welcoming. Sometimes there is a wait, but if you plan ahead and explore Pine while you wait for them to text you that your table is ready, the wait is well worth it. On to the food... absolutely amazing and delicious. The beer cheese and bread sticks are epic. The pizza is cooked to perfection and every bite just makes you feel like you found the best pizza place in Arizona. Keep up the amazing work and friendly service.
