Burrata Pizza - best pizza I have had!
    Shawn A.

Come on man! This was excellent pizza! We were up in Pine for a quick vacation and every time we drove by the place looked packed. Don't let it discourage you from stopping in. There was plenty of seating, both inside and out. Our server was super personable and made for a great experience before we ever got to the food part of the night. The drinks were excellent. We made the end of Happy Hour so we grabbed a beer and an Old Fashioned. The Old Fashioned was their Maple Espresso and was out of the world. We got the wings for an app and they flavor was great, the right amount of heat, maybe a little subtle. The Pizza was excellent. We got the simple one and added Pepperoni on half of it. My wife loved the cheese half and my grandson loved the pepperoni. We got the White pie forest and it was really good, I love a White Pie and was not disappointed. We also got the Burrata Pie, this was the single BEST pizza I have ever eaten. Every single thing about it was great. The crust, cooked to perfection in the wood oven, the pepperonis, and the burrata along with the hot honey drizzle made the pie. Also the tomato sauce was great! I'm not sure a move to Pine is out of the question for this pie.

    Just Beet It Salad

Definitely a must to stop by in the Pine/Strawberry area - especially if you're in the mood for wood fired pizzas and an outdoor patio! We came here for dinner, and despite the chilly evening, stayed warm outside due to the fireplace and heaters in their wrapped-in patio. The food is made from scratch and was delicious - our favorite meal of the weekend getaway to Pine. My husband and I shared the just beet it salad and the burrata pizza. The salad was earthy but balanced with the creaminess of the goat cheese and fresh citrus of the lemon vinaigrette. It came with breadsticks that were similar to slices of flatbread with herb seasoning. The pizza was amazing!! It was packed with toppings - the saltiness of the pepperoni, creaminess of the burrata, and sweetness of the honey went so well together. We ended the meal with the cast iron cookie - a freshly baked chocolate chip macadamia cookie served in a cast iron and topped with vanilla ice cream. Such a warm and comforting meal overall.

I wish I had better pics but these were half devoured by the time I even sat down to eat. We got takeout and the line was crazy long but honestly so worth it. We went to the Phoenix pizza festival and this pizza place was hands down better than every single pizza we've ever eaten at that pizza festival AND every place we've ever eaten in the Phoenix area period. We got take out and even after a 25min drive to our campsite it was still absolutely delicious. We will always make time for this pizza place now!! Such a cute little pizza place tucked away in Pine.

Man, hope it's worth the wait.

Dang, got here at 5:30, seated at 6:30. Here it is 7:34 and no pizza. No refills, just dang. Order apps, they came out ok. I realize, they can get busy, but I swear, get it together. First time here, and probably our last. It's 7:37, and we still haven't gotten the pizza. Waitress did just come by to tell us it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. Ouch. Having to sit on these horrible benches doesn't help. Should have gotten digiorno and just ate in. Maybe bad timing, maybe not. But if a large party comes in, maybe, just maybe get a small table of 4 their pies first, the large party can probably wait for it. Hope we get out of here by the time they close.....

Beer cheese dip and burrata pizza

Wow!! This place was phenomenal. Our server was great and had a great recommendation for the burrata pizza. We also got the Caesar salad and breadsticks with cheese dip. It all tasted fresh and yummy. The pizza came out a bit cold but still good.

Read the other reviews, and thought we would give it a try. My wife said, and I quote "this is the best pizza I have had in the three years I have lived in Arizona". So thinking that is enough about the pizza, but we were also a little sad we did not try the beer cheese, meat & cheese board and the wings, as those around us ordered these and told us how good they were, but we were only there for one meal, and we left with a whole pizza. LoL. Highly recommend, the wait was about twenty minutes for a table, but we walked right in and sat down at the bar. Worth the wait either way and we will be back.

Arrived here after Tontozona and waited about 15 minutes to get a table I thought the wait would be longer so we were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed a few pizzas and a Caesar salad. Both were delicious! If you're up north for the weekend or a local this is a great place to check out!

Lemon shortbread cookie with raspberry sorbet

This place has great energy! I came at dusk and was fortunate enough to have a view of the sunset on one side and wandering elk on the other. Started with the stuffed portobellos which were amazing if you're into that kind of thing. Paired it with the white pizza which was baked to perfection. We ended it with the lemon shortbread cookie which came with raspberry sorbet. Still unsure how well the fruity sorbet paired with the warm cookie, but independently of each other they were both yuuuumy. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends. This is a gem of a spot, perfect for socializing while appreciating good food and a good life.

    Wine bar is really fun!!

If you are in Pine this is a great place to get a great pizza and cold drink!! There is a wine bar near the back of the property with live music in the evenings. Great service and ambience!!!

    Lefty and pepperoni
    Tia T.

We were told this was the best pizza in AZ and it's good but not the best! We came for hike in pine and had to stop by. They were slammed at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. The lefty with the bbq was really good but the pepperoni, was thin and needed a little more sauce. It is wood fire. The red head lady at the bar is a boss and was taking care of everyone inside. All the servers seem to serve the whole restaurant. A couple servers were pretty rude but I understand the rush. They have games to play like connect 4, a taproom and wine bar attached and are a staple spot in this area. So glad we stopped by but not worth the hype

    Super yummy pizza with Barada

The holy shit, balls pizza, Taylor invented bacon, sausage, pepperoni, brussels sprouts, garlic, Calibra pepper peppers with ricotta he also puts a drizzle of balsamic glaze on it. I'm telling you the best pizza you'll ever have cooked in a wood fire oven. everyone is so amazing here. Great service. Cute fun place..

Obsessed with this place! Every time I take a trip to payson now this is where I will be eating! They had indoor, outdoor seating with lots of heaters as well as outdoor games which were really fun! I heard that they also have love music sometimes? Food was phenomenal! We got the meat pizza which was amazing definitely recommend. Also our appetizer was the green Chile beer cheese which was also a hit! Can't wait to come back!

    Taylor W.

Stopped in after seeing this spot all over Instagram and it was well worth the hype! We came not too long after it opened and the tables were already full with a line to be seated! I think that's a testament to the quality of the food. All of the pizzas were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The Caesar salad was notable too-- with just the right amount of tangy flavor. Not a ton of indoor seated, but there is large outdoor patio and covered patio. Definitely will be back next time I'm in Pine.

    Burrata pizza. Insanely good.

Tourist Trap! This use to be the place to go years ago. They expanded. Now it's long waits and poor service for mediocre pizza.

The breakfast sandwich is a must have. Ive never had beef bacon before and wow, amazing! So filling, great for a pre-hike meal. Avocado toast was also delicious but only one slice so a bit smaller. We also had the banana peanut butter toast which was a bigger serving than we thought. The peanut butter was definitely sticky. The mexican hot chocolate was a delicious coffee alternative for me, especially the whipped cream. Second day I had a burrito instead and the french toast. They were out of syrup for the toast and I wish it had been a bit better, but still good. Same with the burrito, nothing bad to say about it but not as awesome as the sandwich on the first day. They had us seated quickly, no confusion, no awkward shuffle of tables. It felt organized from the start, which immediately put everyone at ease. The setting does a lot of heavy lifting, but in a good way. You're right there in Sedona with those red rock views staring back at you like a postcard that decided to come to life. We grabbed a table where we could take it all in, and it never got old, even halfway through the meal. The space itself has energy. Not loud for the sake of being loud, just busy in a way that makes you feel like you picked the right place. You can see the bar in motion, the kitchen doing its thing, servers moving with purpose. It feels alive without being chaotic. We ordered all over the menu. A couple steaks, some seafood, a few lighter dishes, and of course drinks to match. Everything came out the way you hope it will but don't always get. Temperatures were right, timing was tight, and nothing felt like an afterthought. Even with nine people, nobody was left sitting there watching others eat. Service was dialed in. Our server kept track of everything without making it feel like a transaction. Drinks refilled without asking, plates cleared at the right time, questions answered without a script. It felt natural, which is harder to pull off than people think. Here's the honest takeaway. A lot of places in Sedona lean hard on the view and forget the rest. This isn't one of them. The view is incredible, sure, but the food and service actually hold up their end of the deal. If you're in Uptown and trying to pick a spot that can handle a group and still feel like a solid night out, this is an easy yes.
