Buffalo sliders

Great place to view the red rocks while enjoying excellent food. Our waiter Nick was fantastic with perfect recommendations while being cheerful and professional. The buffalo sliders were great. The swordfish excellent and the salmon unbelievable. If ever in Sedona is a must on your list!

This is the second time we've eaten here. This place hits the mark every single time. This staff is so friendly. The cocktail program is amazing. And the food is always delicious. Try the mac and cheese bites. Oh my God! I think I'm going to stop and grab some to go on the way out of town. They're delicious

Dinner at the Vault was a great experience. Newbies: Request outside seating, the view is stunning. Our meal was an event as the staff was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, fun and there when we needed something. The adjacent table had a server that was great to watch as he kept a ladies/birthday group taken care of well also. Noted exception was the Host. She was curt, poor disposition, hurried and very unfriendly. Extremely poor first impression. I'm no therapist, but she didn't look like she was having a bad day, she appeared to be in the wrong line of work. Perhaps something where she would not come in contact with the public. I see this was pointed out in another review (no way to tell if it was the same host), but management should have reacted, hence the 4 star review.

I don't normally give 5 star reviews to places I have only been to once unless I am blown away. The food here was soooooo freaking good! For starters, the pina colada I had was delicious. Even the salad was amazing - and it's a salad! They had a special that night which came with pasta, lobster tail, crab cakes and garlic bread - one of the best meals I have ever had in my life! I inhaled that food. The pasta sauce was on point and delightful and the lobster tail and crab cakes were chefs kiss. I'm sad I did not get to take a pic of the dessert before me and my girls devoured it. We did wait a little long for our table even though we had reservations and we requested outdoor seating and was put in the corner instead. Normally I would deduct a star for that, but since the food absolutely blew me away, I forgot about all that while I was eating lol. I would absolutely come back here next time I am in the area. Also, it's a nice atmosphere. Very lively and a good looking crowd. Kinda nightlife vibey which I was totally cool with on a Saturday night.

Started with a classic margarita and a Paloma. Both very nice. The Vault is in uptown Sedona in a busy place. Parking always at a premium but public parking can be had a block or two away. Others ordered an espresso martini and an ipa. Espresso martini a hit. Well prepared and received. Ordered a trash can nachos for table. Presentation alone worth it! Stetson salad was terrific. Israelis couscous, freeze dried corn tomatoes. the Reuben was also worth trying. The schnitzel sandwich was a surprise and new to menu very pleasing. Bison sliders were somewhat disappointing. Good not over the top. Kids had buttered noodles and Mac and cheese from kid menu. No need to elaborate. Overall, this is a great spot in Sedona. A can't miss. We were here for lunch.

My girlfriends surprised me with a bday dinner stop at this restaurant after a day at the Grand Canyon. KADE THE MAN was our guy and he took great care of us. Such a pleasant man. Great food, awesome drinks and the view was spectacular! Highly recommend! Ohhh and YES, DO HAVE THE ESPRESSO MARTINI!

Decently priced food with a lovely view. Keep in mind the patio can be a bit windy however they do have heaters available. The ceaser salad with blackened salmon was tasty, cauliflower flatbread had the perfect crust consistency topped with fresh veggies and the smash burger got rave reviews. Bartender accommodated the details of my paper plane cocktail to a T. Pleasant service overall. ~C.A.

Oh man! Prepare for parking wars. We loooed around 3 times until we gave up and parked a little over half a mile down and walked over. The restaurant is beautiful. It's cool since it used to be a bank. There's a nice bar in the middle. The outdoor area is beautiful because it looks over the mountain. It's breathtaking. We were late to our reservation, but since I checked in, they held our table for us. All the workers were kind, but the service was super slow since they were busy. Got to try the nachos. Highly recommend! Super packed and delicious. We got the half over and it was a lot. We also got the turkey decker which was stacked with turkey. The turkey had a nice pepper flavor. Their waffle fries are so good. Ordered the rigatoni alla vodka as well which was similar to a chicken parm. The flavor of the sauce was delicious and the chicken was so moist! All the food we tried was delicious, but the parking and service was rough.

I love the casual, open-&-airy atmosphere here, especially on a beautiful day. Service was friendly and impressive from the start: beginning with the host desk, in which she seated us in a lovely location out on the patio, to our server, Martin, who was fun-&-friendly, professional, attentive but completely unrushed. In addition to our cocktails, we ordered: * Cast Iron Focaccia, $15 -- rich and cheesy; it was easy to fill up on this starter; * Flat Iron Steak Frites, $42 -- hubby, being a steak guy, wasn't too impressed; * Blackened Salmon, $38 -- I found my salmon to be a generous plank and enjoyed the tastes of my entree; * Brown Butter Cake, $12 -- rich and delicious finale to our meal. The beautiful views, especially seated outside, were fabulous -- definitely adding to our dining experience!

Bison meatballs. The sauce and cheese were exceptional.

Location: Off the charts. Food: Inspired and very good. Staff: 10! Unfortunately with one exception. The Host. While everyone else was friendly, helpful, engaging, all "10"'s, she was a "1". Dismissive, not engaged, hurried, sour disposition, etc., etc. A previous review stating similar experiences is why a gave a 4 star review, as management should have seen and reacted to such poor performance. Yes, people have bad days, extenuating circumstances, but from what I saw this person should probably look for work that better suits her talents and interests, most likely working away from the public. The rest of our experience made up for it though. Note to newbie's: Outdoor seating! Million $ view.

Focaccia

I did enjoy this restaurant a lot for the views and service, however I thought it was severely overpriced for the quality of food. Our food wasn't bad, but it wasn't stellar. Definitely felt like we were paying for the view and not our food! I wouldn't recommend the focaccia - it was super hard and not very flavorful

Drove into Sedona hungry and just looked up nearest resturant to us and this one came up. So glad we popped in here. We sat at the bar and ordered shareables/small plates. It was the tail end of lunch time with bustling atmosphere. We ordered, Poke wonton tacos, trash can nachos and bison meatballs. They did not dissappoint, everything was so full of flavor, we even ended up ordering a second plate of the Poke tacos. The bison meatballs were served piping hot with a red sauce that had great balance, I totally expected the sauce to be acidic but it was not. They were amazing, I think this is a dish I will crave! The cocktails were so delious and the flavor profile was exactly as described. If your in the area I would recommend this place. Bartender was friendly, informative and provided great suggestions. You can sit on patio for the view. Parking lot is busy.

Had lunch with a group of long time college friends. Amazing view and nice outdoor dining patio. We shared cauliflower crust flat bread with mushrooms and trash can nachos. Both were excellent. We had to rush off to our pink jeep tour so had to send back our dessert orders. Otherwise service was excellent.

Is there a happy hour?

Their summer happy hour is currently Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM-5:00PM

Is reservation needed?

Would recommend in busy season.

Do they have brunch or breakfast items?

They do on Saturday and Sunday!

Do you offer gluten free options?

They sure do!!! 😋

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes

I really want to check out your menu, but will not if they are still requiring guests to wear masks? Here in Cottonwood, we are free and done with that.

You may have to wear one but not while you're seated. I'm not sure if they're requiring masks but even if they are I would highly recommend eating here.... it's so worth it and a great view / great food!

Are Reservations Needed?

Hi Elsa! Reservations are not required. We do tend to fill up quickly, so reservations are recommended through OpenTable.

How is the salmon?

The best I've ever had

Pet friendly patio?

Yes, on the patio.

Pet friendly patio?

Yep

Really good Mexican food…read more Make a reservation. Located on the second floor. Use a ramp to get in. Attached to a motel. Very nice, clean restaurant. There is patio seating for a view - hence the reservation. Request it. Drinks were amazing! They also have a Lavazza coffee machine. Try the Mole Chicken Enchilada. The Pork Soup was light but filling, different but super yummy. The Guac-Crab was a little salty but the vision is there. It's a Guac game changer. Our Skirt Steak was cooked perfectly medium paired with potatoes, rice, beans, and tortillas. And the Jalapeño cornbread was a little dry but very tasty. We had a Tres Leches that could've sat in the milk to absorb more a little longer. Would love to come back and do a re-do.

Pros: delicious braised brisket and shrimp enchiladas -- both proteins were cooked to perfection…read moreand the sauces were flavorful. Cornbread skillet was also good. Tasty citrus honey butter -- filling! Both our cocktails, the Blush & Bloom and Blood Orange Mezcalita Margarita were refreshingly delish as well. Our server Jania was attentive and professional. Ample free parking out front Both indoor and outdoor rooftop seating available. Casual but sleek atmosphere. Cons: They charge $8 for a side plate of rice & beans, and the beans were very bland. A little salt on this goes a long way.
