Guys!! You need to check this place out! Family of four ordered two large pizzas, the kids ordered a half- half, chicken Alfredo and the other half was pesto. One of our kids is super picky when it comes to eating, but he absolutely loved the chicken Alfredo. Husband and I ordered the supreme style pizza and were not disappointed. The dough was perfectly seasoned, and the pizza was cooked to perfection with so much toppings! We also ordered 24 bone in garlic Parmesan wings! The crust is thin in the middle and soft, doughy crust around the edges. We got a medium pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese, and shared a Caesar salad. Stayed in Payson for a few days to cool off and enjoy some new hiking adventures. 1st night decided on pizza and came across Pizza Factory. We walked in ordered for takeout. I think their pizza is overpriced. We ordered 2 small pizzas off the menu and order was $41 and some change. The pizza sauce is ok not too sweet - - pizza crust is good. A little chew to it which I like and a puffy crust. Not too thin and not too thick. The crust was a bit much on the Hawaiian taking up half of each slice. 1. All meat: pizza did have a lot of toppings as witnessed in the pic could have used a little more cheese it was a bit sparse. By the time we got to the house half the toppings fell off and while trying to eat it. Cheese is like the glue that holds the toppings together. The dogs were having a field day! 2. Hawaiian: it was good pizza and toppings were proportionate to the size. The crust took up half of each slice. They did have a few family specials which I wish I had seen prior to ordering that included more food for less money - so that might be the way to go. I would normally give this three maybe four stars but I was so upset about my pizza yesterday. I asked for mustard and marinara sauce on the pizza. I was thinking they would blend it or swirl it and it wouldn't be in an extreme amount of either. I asked for chicken and bacon and mushrooms on the entire pizza and yellow peppers on half. We took it home and I pulled off my slice of pizza from closest to my son's half, and that piece was fine, but every other piece of mine had mustard oozing out of it. Let me tell you it is a disgusting thing to have a mouthful of mustard and that's what my entire rest of the half of the pizza tasted like. I think I'm over my mustard sauce on pizza phase was disgusting. I ended up throwing away half of the pizza.. Stopped in after a long road trip and seated ourselves and ordered quickly. Clean interior and quite a few people for a Friday night coming in and out for pickups, you can tell they stay busy. Portions were good and the food was served hot, a little on the spendier side for a pizza place so that's the reason for 4 stars. We spent $60-70 for 2 kids and 2 adults and we got 4 different dishes (one was a salad and one a mini pizza). But my kids loved it and we loved it and reminded me of my younger days going to the Pizza Factory in California. read more

Tried to get a job here 3-4 times. The owners kept making excuses like, "oh, our space is too small" I worked at a Dominos where you had to turn sideways if you were passing by the cooler when someone else was. Their kitchen is very spacious. Then the last time, the owner actually said out loud, "we don't hire older people." Isn't that illegal? We got 10 Parmesan Wings and an All Meat pizza. The wings were great. The pizza wasn't bad. It just felt like they put so much meat that everything fell off when you tried to get a slice since it wasn't held down with enough cheese. It was a total of $50.48 not bad at all the real kicker is when we asked for ranch.. We were charged 50 cents per ranch. You'd think someone that is spending 50.48 not including there tip that we'd be spared a few ranches.. again not bad, we'd go back again. The customer service was great. read more

I wish I could agree with the other reviews, took my two grandsons and they ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni. With one drink it came to 32 dollars and change. There are no servers, yet they wanted a gratuity before you get your food. The pizza was brought to the table and when the kids went to eat it, it was so greasy and limp. It was not good, pepperoni was thrown all over the place. I don't think when it's self serve they should ask for a tip before you get your food. So disappointing! read more

I was up at Tonto Rim Camp and the staff highly recommended we get food from the Pizza Factory. Their menu has lots of great pizza, sandwich and salad options. Online ordering was simple and straight forward. The food was waiting for me when I got their. The staff was friendly and they seem to employ a lot of local youth. There were lots of people dining in and getting take out, which is a good sign. We got pizzas, sandwiches and salads and they were all delicious. Gotta love supporting local businesses. read more

Beware - if you have a coupon pack from Payson HS that gives you one free medium one topping pizza with the purchase of an equal or greater value medium pizza, don't rely on any employee's word that if you order two 2 topping pizzas you can simply pay for the extra topping on the free one topping pizza. I was told that I could as long as I brought the coupon. Much to my dismay, when I arrived to pay I was told that they wouldn't honor what I was told and was charged $44 for 2 medium two topping pizzas. If I was a jerk I would've told them to keep the extra pizza that I didn't really need anyway. Instead, I paid for it but will not order from Pizza Factory again. We stopped off at the Pizza Factory on our way back to the valley. My wife and I shared a large garden salad (their salad bar is closed due to COVID-19) and a delicious Veggie Pizza. We swapped out the onion for spinach and they happily made the change. The pizza was phenomenal! The crust was soft and flavorful and the sauce was tasty, among the best I have ever had. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty. Dirt and crumbs on table tops and all over the floor. Went to the counter to order. Ordering was simple and least problematic experience at this Pizza Factory. Sat down and waited for our food. While waiting, we felt extremely uncomfortable. Everyone working here kept staring at us. It was quite obvious that we were not the locals and we were definitely from out of the area, but my gosh with the staring....it was unnerving. Got our food and it was a complete mess to eat. Last time we had a pizza bread from Pizza Factory, it was easy to eat a didn't have sauce dripping off the sides. This pizza bread had so much sauce, it was oozing right off the sides of the bread and all over your hand while you were trying to eat it. There was also an excessive amount of cheese all over the top. One of us ordered a salad to go with the pizza and the dressing cup fell right off the side of the plate - it landed on the tabletop and all over the floor. We had to get napkins and clean up the mess and not a single Pizza Factory employee offered any help! The salad didn't look appetizing at all - had big chunks of brown lettuce - yuck! The whole ordeal was definitely not up to Pizza Factory standards. The best part of of the experience was leaving. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I see where the owner gets on here and leaves comments trying to rationalize poor experiences. We personally know the guy who started the Pizza Factory franchise, so they can comment all they want, but this was a completely unacceptable experience and a complete embarrassment to the Pizza Factory. read more

We were up in the Payson area for the day, before heading home we wanted to grab a nice dinner. This place didn't really qualify as nice. We almost turned around and walked out, but didn't. You order from the counter and then they bring you your food. The staff was mostly younger kids; some were friendly, some not so much. The food was pretty good, but the customers eating there were there were really bad. We were horrified to witness a teenage kid urinate himself at their table. This isn't entirely this establishment's fault, but it does contribute to the overall experience. I would suggest ordering to-go if possible. Seems like the majority of people do that. read more

Every time we stop by Payson to have a mini vacation in our cabin, we would go to this place and the pizza was amazing. They were generous with cheese and anything that you wanted to top your pizza with however it all has changed, it makes me very sad to say this. I understand the price of everything has gone up, obviously they have to charge you more for pizza, what I don't understand is why charge more and yet put very little cheese, ton of tomato paste instead of sweet tomato sauce that is for pizza particularly? It gave me such heartburn dad I had to take lots of anti-acid and sleep on the couch (sitting) so that passage from tomato paste wouldn't wake me up. Very disappointing because it was our favorite place to go for pizza. All I am saying is that when you up the price because the price of everything has gone up, at least deliver the same quality you used to do before. Read your response, wish all due respect we paid $28. Had to pay extra almost $5 for two sprite bottles. And our pizza had barely any cheese on it. You can say or claim anything but when a customer that was pretty happy before and gives you a feed back that your product has declined, it will be helpful as a business owner to take it into consideration and not false statements.
