Man I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was coming into this Pizza Hut, I know but no the level of customer service you receive here is unbelievable! We came in because we couldn't decide were to eat on our way home from camping, we turned into the parking lot to turn around and my wife said Pizza Hut jokingly and I said yeah she looked at me shocked and was like for real and man from the minute we walked in we knew we made the right choice! Sunday we went to the pizza buffet at Pizza Hut. The prices were extremely reasonable at about $10.00 per person. Far less than any other restaurants in the area! At that price it included all you can eat salad bar, pizza and pasta buffet and a dessert pizza!!! This isn't 5 star dining, so don't expect that, however, the service was better than ANY restaurant that I've been to in Payson in the last 5 years!!! I am sure the pizza is good but the service was absolutely horrible. I called to make a change to my order after having call for an hour. Finally, somebody answered screamed at me that they were so busy and I needed to call back in 30 minutes, even though my delivery was in 30 minutes. I actually went to the store and nobody in the store completely rude would not go here based off customer service. Ordered a carry out order for $48+tip. Final charge that posted on my account ended up being $70 after they incorrectly entered the tip. I don't mind a mistake. But every time I call in to try to make it right, I get connected with a Pizza Hut Rep not at the location. When they try to connect me through to the location, no one picks up. I got through once and they've told me I'd have to come in to get the cash back. But I live in Phoenix and would spend more to get there than I would receive back. They said they'd get my address and mail it back to me once a manager was there. I haven't heard back. read more

Every time I come to this Pizza Hut I'm surprised but not in a good way. It's like they do everything different and my pizza is drastically different every time I eat there it's weird leaves me speechless actually. The first time I went my crust is made out of like a loaf of bread in my most recent time it had a Asian style food vibe it's very odd. I don't know how I can order two pizzas and have them be 100% different. It's not bad it's just weird it's offputting it's uncomfortable it's quirky. Best Pizza Hut ever. I'm in Payson for work again this week, and my co workers and I ordered pizza for the second time. The first time, we ordered two pizzas, breadsticks, and some waters. The driver didn't bring the breadsticks so my coworker ran out after her and she returned quickly with them. A plus - plates, crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese were included. I drove up through the snowy mountains this afternoon and we ordered pizza and pasta tonight. The driver again brought plates, napkins, peppers, parm cheese, and forks. Some locations allow ordering them through the app, but since this one doesn't, I appreciate the initiative to satisfy the customer. Great service!! read more

I've been a Pizza Hut fan off and on for years. Not all Pizza Huts are the same and this one is THE BEST. The pandemic was hard on a lot of food establishments however the quality and friendliness of this Pizza Hut shines. Pizza hut isn't my favorite restaurant, but my fam loves it and we had a big day in Payson so we went in ... dirty, exhausted and frazzled still looking at a 90 minute drive back to Phx. I was so tired I do not remember the name of our server, but she was very very personable and professional. The place wasn't packed as the rodeo hadn't let out just yet so we had a few mins to chat while we waited for the pizziolos to get things done. The pizzas were very well made and beautifully salty, perfectly balanced after such a long day. (We started on the road before 4 am and this was after 8pm and all day fixing plumbing and framing issues. I got a friendly warning that the rodeo would be letting out soon, so we skeddadled on the 87 south and missed the insanity. Before we left however, the server made me a fresh pot of wonderfully strong coffee to get me home safely. That made a difference. Thank you. read more

Last Friday I ordered a pizza from them. They said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. I called them at least 30 times when they never answered the phone. We never got a call back with an explanation. We went to bed hungry after huge frustration of them not answering the 30 calls. I called them tonight and they blew off my complaints like they were nothing. I got news for you to all businesses everywhere: It is WAY past COVID and we will make better pizzas than you ever can. We called in an order this afternoon for a Meaty P'Zone and an order of Quepapas. wow! They were good! The crust on the P zone was flaky and crisp. I had never tried the Quepapas before and they were a real treat, with ranch! We got our order in a very short period of time and it was delivered to the car by a friendly and courteous young man. Ordered delivery for 2 medium pizzas, the 2 good things about this was I thought delivery time was rather quick and as for the toppings on the pizza they did a good job at loading it on..that being said I have to say that was the most blend tasteless restaurant pizza I've had. No flavor in the cheese or sauce. The crust had zero flavor. Reminded me of the cheap pizza dough you buy in the grocery store. I usually get thin crust or if I get normal crust I eat it first because it's crispy and flavorful..the crust was awful. Also we got a 50/50 pizza with different toppings and one side was so much smaller then the other as far as the slices go. Defiantly wasn't cut down the middle. I've had delicious pizza in this surrounding area so defiantly don't think we will be ordering again from here, even for the price we paid I'd rather pay a couple dollars more and get a flavorful pizza I'm gonna enjoy. read more

Just got our food finally. The employee had a loose mask and was wearing no gloves, meanwhile a group of other employees were standing around doing nothing or on their phones. As someone who works in fast food this was very frustrating to see when 7 customers are waiting for their food. Food was good as most pizza huts, so that's a plus. read more

I was so surprised when I walked in to this Pizza Hut! It was clean and the employees very pleasant! We had called ahead for dine in and our food was hot and fresh when we arrived. We ordered Hawaiian and cheese bread, the pizza had a great amount of pineapple (too many pizzas I have eaten with scant pineapple!) It was very refreshing being in a Pizza Hut where an employee waited on us for drinks and extras. We were the only ones in the Restuarant at 6:30 on a Sunday. The place was very clean and in order. We enjoyed a quiet dinner watching baseball with our three boys. The restrooms were dated and could use some love but over all I am so glad I stopped in. While visiting from out of town, we ordered delivery from this location to our hotel. When the food arrived they were missing half of our order (including what I ordered specifically for my youngest daughter). Additionally, the delivery driver was exceptionally rude. On the pizza that was delivered, they were obviously careless as stray toppings had to be removed. I ended up running to the convenience store to get food for my daughter and drinks for us as that was part of the order not delivered.
