We had protein bowls, they were very tasty and nutritious. Service was great and friendly. Restaurant was clean and user friendly.

All of the sudden whoever was on grill tonight decided to add every grain of salt within a five mile radius in to literally everything. Almost unenjoyable. Nothing bad about the location just some mediation on the food making process would be great read more

Gluten free eater. I haven't been to a chipotle in a long time so I was excited to go get a huge amount of food. I ordered a burrito bowl and they, as always, gives me alot of food. Everything tasted as it has in the past. It's not out of this world but good standard food. The corn salsa seemed more acidic than I remember. The green salsa was a little more bland than previously. Jeeeze clean the warming table off with a rag every once in awhile. The counter where the employees make your food was filthy. The pinto beans were hard and not cooked. Replacing the former Del Taco, I had high hopes for Chipotle and excited to visit in its first few months of opening. So the store is beautiful and shiny. At 6 pm on a winter Tuesday, there's 2-3 people sitting around but no line. The food is unfortunately meh. I've had a lot of Chipotle across the country and this sits uncontested as the worst in food quality. The rice had lots of hard clumps, which made me sad as it's usually my favorite part. The carnitas was dry and tough - overcooked mounds of pork. I was so disappointed that I just fed the rest to the dogs instead of saving the leftovers for another meal as I usually do. Chips were fine - just a wee too salty, but that's just the usual at Chipotle. They weren't stale but also weren't like the freshest ever. Service was fine. Please improve the food quality so I can get my Chipotle fix. read more

We were nervous about this chipotle based on reviews from 6 months ago. I'm happy to report there must have been a change in management because this place is what to expect at a chipotle. Don't come here if u want terrible service and rude manager. Got kicked out due to having service dogs with us. Asked us to leave since the we have the dogs in our hands. The manager had a stank ass attitude thinking it's okay to ask us for documentation for the dogs which is ILLEGAL. If you want to be discriminated and treated horribly then come stop by! Other wise, go somewhere else. The manager needs to step down or learn LAWS. read more

This location is always clean, always friendly, and consistently delicious. I've got more than few of my friends hooked, and I'm not ashamed to say I'm here multiple times a week. I have an eating disorder that most people like to write off as being "picky" but consistency is a big role in foods that are safe for me. Chipotle offers a consistent, fresh product across all of its locations and that's something my disordered eating can really appreciate. I've been healthier and had more energy since frequenting chipotle and that's just because most of the options up here in this area don't hold water in comparison to chipotle when it comes to consistency, freshness, or quality. Thanks to myriad reasons, I don't do much cooking of my own anymore so having something fresh, instead of ultra-processed, is a major plus that keeps me coming back again and again. The product quality very rarely varies, and I honestly can't remember a time I got something here that didn't live up to my expectations. The friendly service at this location is a big cherry on top to their awesome product and clean, tidy building. Lyric is an absolute angel. She's been nothing but kind and cheerful every time I've seen her and I always hope to see her whenever I make a trip in. Keep it up chipotle! This my second review this place. Let me say the good things first: a. Service was great b. Portions served awesome. I had the Carne Asada, both rices, both beans, corn, medium salsa, lettuce, quac, sour cream Now my only complaint was the lack of Flavor throughout the whole bowl. Now I have eaten at Chipotle since it started from Sunnyvale to San Diego, and now in payson. All I can say is that it was blah tasting, no real bursting with flavor like the ones in San Diego. We love Chipotle - but unfortunately this one must be poorly managed. We've eaten here three times. And we tried again tonight, but left before ordering. 3 out of 4 times they haven't had chicken or rice. We are a family of 6, and we all love the chicken bowls and burritos. We were there at 5:30 tonight, and they had already run out. One of the times we stopped in, they were out of every meat except steak, and the steak they had was mostly fat. The guy took a bowl and asked repeatedly " Do you want some of this? Or do you want some of that? Pricing was out of line for what we got. Tried to call and get it fixed. 20 minutes on the phone with a customer service representative in another state and the order still didn't get fixed. It also didn't get delivered. Customer service rep was rude and did not take the time to help. Won't ever order online from this place again. They don't answer their phones and it's diverted to another location. These people need to go train at a Chipotle before they opened up this location. They did half portions on the tacos. The kids making them took zero pride in trying to put equal parts on each. But it is hard to divide up such small amounts of meat, cheese and sour cream. Seriously the cheapest taco at the other fast food spot is bigger.
