The food here is phenomenal! So many creative dishes using fresh vegetables. I had the crispy potato bowl with tofu and everything was cooked perfectly - Tofu, potatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, brussel sprouts, asparagus, white beans, peppers, onion, garlic seasoned with Provençal herbs. Our server was great and the food came out quickly. Such a cute, quaint restaurant! Thank you for the delicious vegan and vegetarian options.

Was on a quick day trip with my husband and decided to stop in here on our way out of town. Food was great and a cute sitting area both inside and out. We were there early so no wait.

Wow! What a hidden gem! A sweet little cafe on Main St in Payson. Cozy atmosphere with a happy feeling as soon as you walk in! The food is the star here! Interesting menu items, wonderful daily specials and even homemade bakery items! The chef is the secret!!! Shhh! From a nearby "big city" enjoying the quiet life of a small town to the delight of locals!!! Only the best ingredients. It's the little things that make this cafe over the top! Espresso machine right out of a 5 star restaurant hidden behind the counter. Deserts to make your sweet tooth cry! French toast to write home about. Savory, spicy egg dishes your imagination couldn't have guessed. The staff are professional but so friendly that you want them to be part of your family. If I could give more stars, I would give 10 golden ones!

A sign outside - The image shows a chalkboard sign mounted on a blue wooden exterior wall, with a second smaller chalkboard attached. The larger board displays a message welcoming leashed furry friends to the front patio, with paw print illustrations. The smaller board lists a menu of canine cuisine options, such as pupscicles, scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled chicken breast, and wild salmon, along with a note to check the pastry case for homemade treats. The setting appears to be an outdoor area of a restaurant or cafe that is pet-friendly.

Such a cute place. We sat outside and had Mimosas and shared a yummy dish of Calabacita, eggs, and potato's Something to keep in mind when a fish is shared they charge an extra 5.00. We had plenty of food. Service was great. Will go back and try something different.

Front patio and entrance - The photo captures the front outdoor area of Duza's Kitchen, a restaurant with a small porch and seating arrangement. There are tables and chairs set up outside, with a signboard displaying a quote about food lovers. The building has a gabled roof, decorative elements, and is situated under a bright, sunny sky. The setting appears cozy and inviting for outdoor dining.

The cutest spot in Payson! This home turned restaurant on historic Main Street has unique food offerings. I loved the open menu so that I could order breakfast for lunch (is there anything better?). Each dish in the breakfast menu is unique and interesting. We ordered the biscuit that comes with three different meats and the chicken and waffles - both were great! We also ordered slices of the lemon mascarpone cake and the carrot cake to-go and boy was that the best decision. The cakes were moist and flavorful - loved them! Service was fast and friendly and their bathroom is hilariously decorated with Boston terrier artwork. The cutest!

Duza's Kitchen is a wonderful experience. It is my favorite restaurant in Payson by far. The ambience is so eclectic and fun and the food is the best! My hubby and I both had omelette's and we asked that they be cooked in butter not oil and the Chef/Owner was happy to do that. It was the best omelette I've had in years. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. They also serve excellent coffee and espresso. The staff were the best and knew the unique menu well and could make recommendations. This is my new favorite restaurant in this region. Would love to go back for dinner some time when I'm in the area.

2nd time eating at Duza and now this will be our go to pit stop before heading to Heber. All the dishes we have had so far are full of delicious fresh flavors. I don't remember the names to the dishes but the mushrooms crepe you have to try my plate was like I licked it clean no trace of the crepe dish left at end.

I ordered the Breakfast Montini -- a pressed sandwich with ham, turkey, Havarti cheese, scrambled eggs and cranberry compote on the side. What an amazing conglomeration of ingredients! It's tough to please him so kudos to you, Delicious Cafe! My daughter also enjoyed her pancakes as well. Great place! Will be back when we are in town again.

I came in about an hour before closing. Decided to do a last minute trip to Payson to hike. But I needed lunch, was pretty hungry. I had not looked at the menu before arrival as I sometimes do so I felt a bit rushed with my decision making cause I had my fur baby Flynn waiting outside, but I fully enjoyed what I had. Lunch menu was available, I would like to come back for breakfast next time. I opted for the Dipper sandwich (roast beef, Swiss, onion and au jus). Served with seasoned potato wedges. It was very tasty. I would have liked the potatoes a bit more cooked and crispy, but still good. I ate about half of it and had it for leftovers where I toasted the wedges to my liking. Really good leftover as well. They have a bunch of teas! So I had what is sort of strange, an earl grey iced tea. They can make any tea iced. It was good. I love earl grey. The weather was nice, it was drizzling a tiny, bit and they were kind to bring water bowl for Flynn as we sat outside on the small front patio area. I'll definitely be back! Great random find! Also, their menu says gluten free options for my GF friends :)

We both had sunny side up eggs, bacon, hash browns, corned beef hash, delicious fluffy pancakes and bottomless coffee. Everything was piping hot and delicious. They also have a full menu for lunch and dinner. The burgers served at the table next to us looked awesome. This place reminded us of a typical diner back east in New Jersey: happy servers, plentiful and delicious hot and fresh food, great coffee and fresh baked home made pie. So if you find yourself in Payson and need a great meal with a family friendly vibe, go to Crosswinds. They have plenty of free parking too.

As for the food, it was a bit hit or miss. The bacon was delicious, but the chicken fried steak left a lot to be desired. It had a very flour-heavy taste and not much flavor overall. I wouldn't order that again. The French toast was pretty good, though nothing especially memorable. We grabbed a few pies to go and are looking forward to trying them. I'll update my review once we've had a chance to taste those. Overall, I wouldn't say the food was "great," but the unique airport atmosphere and good service made it a decent experience.

I had coffee, which was delicious and he had hot tea. In addition we ordered a strawberry waffle and split it!!! The waffle was the lightest airy waffle that 8 have ever had! It was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This waffle literally melted in your mouth like it was cotton candy! Every part of the meal was great, with one exception. When we got the bill, with a 20% tip, it was just over $54.00!!! Okay, that's $27.00 per person, for breakfast!!! Yes, I know that prices are high everywhere but come on! $27.00 per person for eggs, potatoes and such! That's a bit much I think! Although the waffle was the best that I've had, it simply isn't worth the $11.00 they charge for it! I remember Tiny's being the place to go for a very reasonably priced meal that was good! I know that I'm living in the past when it comes to price, but this seems to be a trend amongst restaurants when it comes to breakfast meals! At this cost, it's more than most other restaurants lunch costs. Although it saddens me, I won't be going back for breakfast anytime soon, or at least until they get the pricing right!
