SICILIAN PEPPERONI ROLLS
Jade M.

I'm not sure why this restaurant gets such poor reviews. I was weary about eating here from the reviews but I actually had a nice dinner, and the food was decent! I got the Sicilian pepperoni rolls and a side Caesar salad. For the type of restaurant it is it's not bad. I wish my server was more attentive though, he would ask me how I was doing and would scurry away really fast. There was a time in the middle of my meal where I wanted to have some sprite, but the few times he checked on me I could not get a word out before he walked away. Despite that everyone was friendly and for the price you can't beat it. My whole meal cost $16, which is so affordable.

CHICAGO 7

Stopped here for dinner. It wasn't busy at all. We ordered two drinks, a double pepperoni deckeroni thin crust and a Chicago 7 deep dish. We also did two Caesar side salads. Our food came out pretty quick and was really good. We will surely eat here again if we visit.

1/2 chicken apple walnut salad

The DC chopped salad was awesome! Great flavor! Thank goodness we only ordered half salads! They are huge. The honey, mustard dressing was a perfect blend. The apple walnut salad was super refreshing and light. Service was great and the patio was was dog friendly which we loved! The patio was beautiful with all the flowers and greenery!

Chicken soup, because who puts carrots and celery in an Italian calzone
DJ J.

Worst calzone ever. I ordered the fire which should've been loaded with meat and peppers, but instead was filled with carrots and celery....likely to makeup for the lack of meat. Avoid this place. I won't be back. They still charged me for a half eaten crap calzone.

A cup of green chili soup and built my own cauliflower pizza

Great fresh salads. We had them to go when we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The ranch and thousand island dressings were delicious.

I love that they have a patio that you can sit and people watch while you sip. Friendly service. I don't think anybody's a stranger in Bozeman. It's got that rustic feel you would expect of a bar in Montana but very nice and polished. We didn't really order up any food but the menu looked great. I hear good things about their burgers. We…read morewere lazy and staying near Main Street was appealing, Cousin's Pub was convenient and hopefully quick. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, with red sauce, Italian herb blend, mozzarella cheese and a hot honey drizzle. The large pizza sounded good along with a small Ceasar salad. The food arrived quickly with a huge, hot bubbling pie and a small Ceasar salad. The salad had an odd taste but crisp and fresh lettuce. We are only a small portion of the salad as it did not taste right. The pizza was huge. It was hot, slightly spicey, and bit greasy as it was covered in cup size pepperoni and hot honey drizzle. The pizza was good and very flavorful. A huge problem with tonight was a table of about 20, 50 year old males and females near our table acting like they were 17 years old. A single male and female were screaming at the other people at their table and every other word was the "f bomb". It is a sports bar but the language being heard by everyone including several families with small kids was dominant over the entire bar. It was completely disgusting and not necessary. Most of the other people at their table were ignoring the swearing idiots. I understand a large table with at least 40 beers is a huge boost to the business but it is Cousin's Pub responsibility to limit offensive behavior for the good of the establishment and their fellow patrons. Cousin's Pub will never be visit by us again.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.
