Not a lot of places carry the sugar free caramel option, it's mainly only the vanilla option so this is another reason I love coming here. The only thing I would change would be the consistency! Sometimes, I don't taste the coffee at all and the coloring is very light which makes it taste/feel more of like a milk drink. I like to be able to taste the coffee, which is why I do espresso VS regular iced coffee but that's about it -- just more flavor consistency with how it's made. Other than that, love this spot!

Their coffee is made with Solo Roast coffee beans which are local. I loved the quality of the bean mixed with their signature latte flavor. They balanced each other well for a cozy drink that was highly enjoyable. My husband got the Chai Latte which uses Tazo tea. The staff is still in training so patience is key but well worth the wait! We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Summer. She was extremely personable and truly seems to appreciate the art of sharing coffee with the community. Very creamy and flavorful but if you're a true matcha lover there's not much matcha flavor present. I still enjoyed it though and would come back for another one. I would like to try a horchata matcha in the future. Not necessarily on their menu but they have a horchata latte so I think it can be done. The barista was nice. It's definitely a made to order cafe so allow yourself a little extra time when stopping by. We were too busy eating soup and were in no rush so it worked out on this visit.

I love coffee too, especially Vietnamese coffee because it's strong and highly caffeinated, and the guy warned me that he's had a few people get the shakes after drinking it. So, I said bring it on and ordered a large. Creme brulee coffee: This is an iced drink. The small comes with 2 shots of Vietnamese coffee whereas the large comes with 3. He said the 2 Vietnamese coffee shots are equivalent to 18 regular espresso shots. Well, I can definitely say it's strong in flavor, but it's yummy! Since I tend to drink slowly, I should have asked for little or no ice, but that's okay. It's just something to keep in mind for next time. And given how strong it is, I think the large is enough for me to drink over 3-4 sessions. So, when I get home, I'm going to pull out the ice, and keep it in the fridge. Overall, I'm happy with my drink, and I will be back to try the milk tea with cheese foam. I love a good cheese foam and it's hard to find at the tea places around Tinley/Orland. Most have a foam topping, but not a cheese foam.
