Service is similar to food court where food would be ready for pick up at the register to bring to your table. They have some pretty decent food but my go to is their fish dumplings. The Lamb Onion Fried Dumplings are amazingly flavorful with meat so tender and you get the full experience of lamb (if that "gamy" flavor isn't for you then neither is this dumpling). My friend actually preferred the Fish Fried Dumpling, and I would be perfectly happy eating those if the lamb onion ones didn't exist. Despite the dumplings being fantastic my one gripe is the wrapping technique - it is tri-fold horizontal wise and the ends are "sealed" by being pressed together, but unfortunately when I was eating these dumplings the juices and any vinegar (or other condiments) were squirting all over the place through the seal.
