The Lamb Onion Fried Dumplings are amazingly flavorful with meat so tender and you get the full experience of lamb (if that "gamy" flavor isn't for you then neither is this dumpling). My friend actually preferred the Fish Fried Dumpling, and I would be perfectly happy eating those if the lamb onion ones didn't exist. Despite the dumplings being fantastic my one gripe is the wrapping technique - it is tri-fold horizontal wise and the ends are "sealed" by being pressed together, but unfortunately when I was eating these dumplings the juices and any vinegar (or other condiments) were squirting all over the place through the seal. I pass by here all of the time and decided to stop by here yesterday, I ordered the Lamb and Onion Fried Dumplings. From the first look I thought they would be interesting. Unfortunately they were more frustrating than anything. Because of the way they were wrapped, the meat ALWAYS fell out. After trying the fish dumplings for the first time I ended up buying a bag of frozen ones to go. The frozen ones taste just as good but of course if you have the time to stop in the store do it!
