I started my meal with the Seared Scallops, which were perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. The entire plate was a work of art and since I enjoy a well plated meal first, this one hit right on the money. For my main I enjoyed the South Texas Antelope Tenderloin. Any chance I have to sample a local dish I take it and this one delivered massively. I highly recommend trying this dish if you visit. I also had the chance to try the Seared Ahi Tuna, as our mains were taking a bit longer than expected and the chef personally delivered us a couple apology dishes. I appreciate a chef who can acknowledge an issue and do his best to fix it, so this was nice to see. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly and took great care of me and my party. Seeing the chef come out to the table to speak to us was a big deal to me. All in all I was very happy with my visit here and will certainly return if I ever get the chance to stay here again.
