I was going to give this place 4 stars but given the value you get for money here I think it deserves 5. This is a great little spot. It isn't fancy by any stretch but the food is very good and service friendly, something you don't find that often.
We had the Dorado whole fish, which as cooked perfectly, unlike a special fish restaurant down the street. Very tasty and nicely done. We also had a daal lentil curry and a spicy chicken curry. Both came is these nice little bowls with candles to keep them warm. They were very tasty too. I would have had either of them and been happy.
So don't let the cheap prices turn you off, it is really good food for a mere fraction of what other inferior restaurants charge around Lisbon. read more
