three different types of bagels

The coffee was pretty great. Not so much for the bagels, I don't wanna be mean tho. Maybe it was an off day :(

Great bagel place recently opened. All bagels are made fresh here and they have different types of meat available to cater to everyone's needs. People working here are very pleasant to talk to and they will slow the conversation down to inform you about their different bagels! Prices are OK and ideally a good takeout place as seating is limited. Bagels do taste really fresh as the brand states "All natural ingredients."

Sooo many to choose from.. Rosemary & Sea salt is the recommended one!

OKO Bagels, why did I not know about you earlier?! I did not expect a cute and delicious bagel spot in Oakville! I love the vibe, food and service. The negative is the price although the bagels are made in-house and have a number of variety of bagel selections. The bagels are baked in the stone oven and you can see how they are prepared. My recent visit was my first time at OKO and it was a Saturday morning. I was the only customer but I could tell that there must have been a morning rush since some shelfs were slightly empty. The staff recommended the rosemary sea salt bagel and everything bagel. The trout and avocado fit were the sandwich suggestions. After some recommendations, I decided to go all savory and chose the trout sandwich on the rosemary sea salt bagel and the everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese (you gotta try something original to see if it is actually good!). The picks were a sure win, so good and I definitely recommend them. My hubs loved it as well since he's a fan of herb and garlic cream cheese. May I also add that they also make their own flavoured cream cheese and you can buy them for home. Again the price is a bit steep but if you want a treat, definitely give it a try. On another note, they also have coffee and tea available and some yummy baked goods near the cashier. I could not help but pick up the dark chocolate banana bread which was another win!!

I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I got the fig and goat cheese and also the prosciutto and both were amazing.

I've visited this café twice now .. once at the beginning of the year and again this month. The…read moredécor is cozy and a little mismatched, which gives it a homey feel. When dining in, you order at the counter, get a number, and they bring your food to the table. Breakfast items are available until 4 p.m., and after that they serve salads, bowls, and sandwiches. On my first visit, I had a hot chai latte with espresso and it was absolutely delicious. The second time, I tried the iced pumpkin spice latte and didn't love it. The pumpkin spice syrup is homemade, which is nice, but the flavor fell a little flat and the large glass was mostly milk, which overpowered the drink. For food, I've tried the egg sandwich simple but good. The spinach feta croissant was heavy on the spinach, light on the cheese, and even though I asked for it warmed up, it was still cold in the middle. Their bowls are very fresh, but I found them a little under-seasoned and could've used more dressing or a sprinkle of seasoning to tie everything together. Overall, it's a cozy spot with an inviting vibe (I love their "stay awhile" sign on the wall). I think it really depends on what you order and your personal taste. For some, the fresh and lighter options might be perfect. For me, a little more flavor and balance would make it great.

A great coffee shop and breakfast option!…read more The restaurant is big for a coffee shop. With free wifi, lots of people like to work or meet here. The staff are friendly and helpful. In warmer weather, they open the large windows, and it's quite a nice atmosphere. Came for coffee, but was blown away by their breakfast plates. They have a small selection of beautiful pastries on display too. Their Omelette plates are made with fresh ingredients, well-seasoned home fries, and fresh bagels.
