Looking back on my photos, it doesn't seem like there is much filling inside. I can assure you the cream cheese: other ingredient ratio is equal and even! I am always full and satisfied after eating their bagels. Definitely comparable to Montreal style.

I often felt overcharged, and follow-up communication was poor. There seems to be very little concern for customer satisfaction or maintaining long-term relationships with loyal customers. Thankfully, there are several other catering options in the area that provide much better service, pricing transparency, and customer care. As someone who regularly placed catering orders, I am disappointed to say they have lost a frequent customer.
