(Drank 09/09/2025 TU @ 10:30am, 09/12/2026 FR @ 12:30pm, & 09/14/2026 SU @ 2:30pm): Oh my stars... I'm still amazed at the amount of bucks people pay for the caffeinated drinks made here! I was in town attending the 50th Toronto International Film Festival when I ended up at Toronto's Front St. W.'s Starbuck location to grab quick snacks especially since I had a gift card to try and save money on this trip. If you knew me, I wasn't a coffee drinker, but I appreciated the food and non-coffee options they offered. The Starbucks brand had become a global force with seemingly no slowing down in sight with the exception of the ebb-and-flow of the economic market. Did this Starbucks location provide what I needed on my several visits!? PURCHASE(S) Pistachio Cream Cold Brew Grande 16floz ($6.45): As most of you know, I'm not a coffee drinker nor was I a caffeine fiend as many of my friends. However, I was with someone who needed her fix, so we stopped by, I saw the advertising for this drink, and I was sold (damn marketers)! I loved pistachio, and although I generally preferred the chocolatey sugary goodness of a mocha, this called to me on this warm day. Their signature cold brew was sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with a silky-pistachio cream cold foam and finished with salted brown-buttery sprinkles. I was saddened by the lack of pistachio flavor and tasted more coffee and vanilla than I would've liked. Oh well, at least I tried it. Pumpkin Spiced Latte Grande 16floz Cup ($6.45CAD): I finally had my very first pumpkin spiced latte, and dammit, I liked it! I loved pumpkin, and this literally tasted like a pumpkin pie drink, nice and warm that left me in a cozy feeling. Man, I've been missing a wonderful sensation! Chocolate Croissant ($3.95CAD): A buttery flaky warm breakfast treat in this case, I licked my fingers clean with no evidence in sight! Egg Pesto Mozzarella Sandwich ($5.75CAD): A tidy snack to keep my energy up, this diminutive meal was surprisingly a perfect size, warm, and all the fresh flavors in each bite - mmm! Caramel Macchiato Grande ($5.95CAD): A coffee-esque drink, I loved caramel so I had to try it. Caramelly, frothy, and hot, it still was too much coffee taste for me. Double Smoked Bacon Egg Sandwich ($5.75CAD): You had me at bacon, but this sandwich was more than that with its fluffy but thick egg between a buttery bun. SERVICE Each visit, I was warmly greeted by the jovial staff behind the counter who easily and quickly took my order, and minutes later my name was called when my order was ready -- easy-peasy! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance): I was constantly in the area all day throughout the Toronto International Film Festival, so I simply walked. Otherwise, there were spots along the many main and surrounding streets, some nearby structures, numerous public transportation options, and rideshares - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your typical Starbucks layout with the order counter, display food cases, and visible price menu the main focal points, an assortment of places to sit inside while you enjoyed your drink or work (however there wasn't a small outdoor patio with a couple of tables as most locations), and your usual mix of promotional ads. You had a cool view of the famous CN Tower off in the distance. Plenty of natural lighting came in through the many large glass windows and doors while a mix of recessed and track electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were no TVs while pop music played in the background. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Starbuck's Toronto Front St. W.'s location filled immediate needs and was conveniently located close to the general festival area. I enjoyed my several drinks and food (a macchiato wasn't my thing) while I relaxed, and it was perfectly located for why I was in the area. As with most coffee shops now, they also sold pastries, sandwiches, and a smattering of other snacks. And, they had their own rewards program for free food. The prices seemed comparable, they had a good selection of items, and the service was friendly and quick. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $30.00CAD BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). I work across the road from here, so it's convenient if I need a croissant before work or if I want a cookie in the afternoon. I brew my own office cuppa, but if I need a third or forgot them it's always willing to help out. It's a fine example of the Starbucks brand. Gets busy in the am, but app ordering remains an option to skip the queue. read more

They are great IN EDMUNSTON N B the manager cannot even look at you and say good morning. You wait in line sometimes they acknowledge you're there. Terrible service. I walked out. read more

Considering I must avoid both coffee and caffeine due to my condition there is usually very little overlap in what Starbucks has on offer and what my puny human body may receive. Let me set the scene for you on one of Stringer Bell's famous 40 degree days. On the morning I visited this location just outside the Rogers, I had just landed at Pearson at 3am because the airlines are absolutely garbage tier right now at getting you anywhere even remotely on time. We were supposed to land at 5pm the day prior but instead there were over seven hours of delays, a broken airplane which required an unscheduled landing to repair it, and then trying to get an uber at 3am. In the nadir of what passes for a hotel shortly after that uber ride, power to the entire hotel cut off just as I was getting into a shower to "start" my day. This meant I could not use the in-room hot water maker to make my one herbal tea of the day, which is largely water flavoured water but still preserves some semblance of a morning ritual. I had some words at the front desk of the hotel since they could not even estimate when power would be back on or why it was off in the first place. So I started walking until I found something open that may have hot water available. This is the first location I found that was open for bidness. Toronto apparently enjoys weed naps as well as all of the lads in the film Half Baked since no downtown businesses seem to regularly open before 10am on weekdays, except for this one. There was unsurprisingly a line snaking back to the door because nothing else was open on this block or any of the other blocks I had angrily stomped through trying to find hot water for my sad little tea sachet, and there were properly a dozen of us soyboys out there trying to carpe dem diems well before the crack of noon. When it was my turn at the counter I explained that I was not crazy and I understood that this was a bizarre order, but I only wanted a tall cup of hot water so I could utilise the sad lil tea sachet upon my person, and I explained how my hotel had thus far greatly failed (in only a few hours worth of time) in all respects at being a hotel that could keep power on and provide hot water upon demand from an unfriendly neighbourhood X-ennial. I offered to pay, since it seemed reasonable to charge a few Canadian dollars for the cup and/or sleeve. The very polite, very accommodating young person that identified as a lady behind the counter had been listening to me and had the quintessentially perfect response: big yikes about your hotel, we will get that hot water for you. She would not charge me anything even though I again offered to pay whatever it was worth. While I waited, the store was very clean. Why did I still deduct a star even though the service to that point was great? I asked for a tall cup, since I did not need a huge swimming pool to haul down to the harbourfront. I was given a grande which was too much water for my sad (have I mentioned how sad it is?) lil tea sachet, so that what is already normally water flavoured water was actually just water by then. At that point I was grateful they did not charge me because I would feel like I had overpaid. As it stands, I can now only complain that I did not get what I did not pay for. Sorry locals, the tourists will now know this is just about the only place actually open before 10am. read more

This Starbucks is in a great location and is generally busy. I was lucky enough to be there when there was no crowd. I had a venti latte with an extra shot. The baristas were friendly and service was fast. The drink was made perfectly. read more

These guys do it right. The coffee was hot and tasty, the service was friendly yet professional, and their system was efficient. It was a crowded weekday morning when I went in there but the cast and crew worked it like it was no big deal. When I revisit downtown Toronto, I will be sure to stop by this location. read more

Great location, fast service, staff is helpful, open to 11pm most nights so it's an easy place to sit down with a friend and just talk for hours. They don't serve decaf pike blend, only decaf Americano ....which is sad since I only drink decaf at night. They still let me order it on the mobile app for pickup , and when I get there they made me something else. Maybe the app should not let you purchase items not in available ? But no matter, I still like the spot. read more

It was alittle busy when i was there but the staff handled it perfectly! they kept it flowing smoothly and kept the restaurant clean despite how packed it was. It does tend to get busy and crowded sometimes so i wouldnt recommend staying and doing work or anything like that for long bc it is a smaller location but the service was fast and the staff is friendly :) read more

The best Starbucks in the city, as far as I'm concerned. Attentive service, personalized orders for recurring customers, thoughtful communication and there was even a bin at the front door offering free face masks for anyone who forgot theirs. A convenient little Starbucks that's located in a high traffic area in the city. We were lucky enough to be staying in an Airbnb right next door so we started our mornings here. The workers were nice and the service was fast (it's a small store so it got packed very fast). I did notice that the store was kept fairly clean which is good. Only issue I would have is it does get very crowded in here and there's not a lot of standing areas read more

I love Starbucks... and have frequented this location near my office for years ... I recognize it's covid and at least 3 Starbucks in the area have closed. But the wait at this location is ridiculous... today i did a mobile order and between my walking time and wait time in the store it was more than 20 minutes to get an Americano... last week the same 20 minutes to get a coffee... perhaps it's because they are taking the over flow from the closed locations but I won't be coming back any time soon. I know they are trying their best but people need to be aware that they will wait a while to get their order. read more

This Starbucks was in a busy location. Since Covid we couldn't go in but the service was fast and my iced coffee was delicious!!

I have to write this review and give starbucks 5 stars for what happened today. We went in and ordered some food but it came cold. We just wanted them to heat it but they couldn't do it and instead gave us the same food again that was hot and on top of that gave us an extra sandwich!! Made our day!! The lady at starbucks went above and beyond to make our day!! Thank you starbucks and the thoughtful people who work there!! read more
