Incredibly busy but the staff was friendly and there's a great patio on the side with ample seating. I got the badoga on an onion bagel, which came with cheese, lots of egg, shredded lettuce and hot sauce. The bagel was nice and soft, and it was a filling and delicious sandwich. The wait can be quite long, so be warned. I think I waited nearly 30 minutes. Overall the bagels are great and I love the variety of sandwich options they have. I hope they open a location downtown!

Primrose has a lovely patio, and attentive staff. The wait was quite long on a Saturday morning but the food was pretty good. I got the lox and cream cheese on onion bagel. The bagel was really good but the filling was nothing to write home about. It was also on the pricier side. I would come back though.

Best bagels and lox in Toronto! I go all the time with my kids. The whole family loves it.

Ample street parking but this place doesn't have a bathroom which is crazy?! I went on a Tuesday which happens to be the day when the library wasn't open until much later in the day. So literally wandered around the block for 20 mins before finding a bladder saving coffee shop. Anyhow, after my rendezvous around the block I was finally able to enjoy my beet salmon bagel. I would say it tasted like a pretty regular sandwich for the most part. But the ingredients were fresh and I liked the ability to people watch from the window. Would recommend if you're in the neighborhood.

Definitely the best bagels in Toronto... fluffy and delicious. I've had the Sas and Lox, as well as the Bodega.. both amazing. Also picked up bagels to go and tried their cream cheese... all fresh. Usually a short line up and 20-30 minute wait for your bagel on the weekends but well worth it. Also have the option of ordering online.

Best bagels in Toronto. The vegan scallion cream cheese is nut free and incredible. All ingredients are top quality. No joke, when I had Covid, this is the only thing I was in the mood to eat and I always joke how it saved my life. My husband loves their beet lox and mustard sauce.

All the bagel lovers NEED to know about this place! If you're looking for a loaded and delicious bagel sandwich, this is your place to go. Arrived 5 min before they opened and people started flooding in as soon as they opened their doors it was insane! They have 6 different types of bagels to choose from - we got 1 of each to try at home. As for the sandwiches, I'm a lox lover so I had to grab one of those. They're so generous with their fillings I was so happily surprised - I actually felt full from the bagel afterwards (which is pretty rare in my opinion). The bagels were soft and fresh tasting and I feel I want to come here to try more of their prepared Sammie's. They even have ingredients you can take home to make your own sandwiches. The store itself is pretty small and humble but so cutely decorated, almost like a little shop in NYC (but cleaner). Overall, loved this place and will definitely have to be back - but I recommend coming when they open since it'll be super busy!

I forgot to say these are NOT Montreal style bagels. Not dense at all. But I loved them for making sandwiches and with cream cheese. Sometimes you want a different bagel you know? It's like thin crust pizza and thick crust. I like them both for different reasons

Food was a 2 but the service was really good so I'm bumping it up for that. Keep in mind they are a takeout joint so their service model has not needed to change much with the pandemic. Bagels aren't our style but that's not their fault - we found them dry and without chew. However I was disappointed in the lacklustre flavours in my tuna salad / crispy onions and pickles offered little contrast and texture I was expecting. We drove to Bagel Nosh after this to buy some bagels there. Good if you're in the hood and need a quick bite, not worth a trip.

Carbs are my worst enemy but also the key to my heart. I found out about Primrose VIA instagram and I just wanted to mention these bagels are the best bagels I've had in Toronto. I always take a dozen to go (so I can eat them all to myself) and find myself getting a Bodega bagel while eating it on my walk back. A must try!!

Great bagels, friendly staff, In-house smoked fish better than anywhere in the city. Try the creole trout, it is to die for.

There is a large network of below-ground corridors and shops accessible from the business complex at 120 W Adelaide. Take the escalator down and follow the signs towards the food court. Bagel & Co shares a large, bright, clean, albeit slightly noisy food court with several other food counters. The bagels are decent, considering they are clearly not baked on site, and they have a much smaller selection than I would expect from a proper bagel shop: I saw plain, sesame, rye, and cheese. I also saw some bags of either poppyseed or everything bagels, but it wasn't clear if those were available for sandwiches or only to be bought by the half-dozen in the bags. I had the All Canadian, which is tuna and bacon with chive spread. It also comes with shredded lettuce and with red onion; I had avoided the smoked salmon bagel (the New Yorker) because I was going to a meeting after and didn't want to smell like onions, so it was a bit frustrating to have passed over the likely better sandwich and still get onion breath. lol. The All Canadian was underwhelming: very average to slightly dry tuna salad, and I had to open it up to confirm it contained a minuscule amount of bacon. If you're looking for an average tuna & onion sandwich, the All Canadian here is a fair option. Again, bagel quality was better than I would expect for a restaurant selling bagels that were clearly baked off site earlier today or yesterday. Choice of both bagels and schmears was limited. It's challenging to find for a newcomer but probably very easy for a local.

It's got that perfect productive energy if you can snag a seat. It isn't necessarily "plush-cozy," but it feels lived-in and welcoming in the best way possible. Let's talk about the menu: * The Cookies: 1000/10. Easily one of the best in the city. I tell myself I'll try the food next time, but I always end up walking out with a cookie instead. * The Coffee: A bit of a mixed bag. My first Iced Americano was a miss (espresso tasted over-extracted/burnt), but don't let that deter you. I went back and a different barista made me a Flat White that was flawless. * The Food: Haven't tucked into the actual meals yet, but they look promising. Definitely worth a visit for the treats alone!

Maybe my expectations were too high but for me, it was a pretty mediocre one. I went for a chocolate chip cookie, and a flat white. Was immediately disappointed when the barista asked me what size I'd like my flat white, as I knew it's going to be a "flat white" i.e cappuccino. And that was confirmed. Way too milky. Literally couldn't taste the coffee. The chocolate chip cookie was a little too crumbly and tasted a little burnt. Unfortunately won't be going again

My fav thing to order is the all dressed bagel with the spinach light cream cheese. The old owners used to be more generous with the cream cheese...it would ooze out when you tried to eat it. The new owners are more stingy with the cream cheese and the bagels arent fully toasted. I got one today and it looks that i need to ask for double toasted next time. Their coffee is ok, they provide brown sugar which is a bonus. I generally go to the second cup next door because the coffe is stronger, but albeit more expensive. They also have a loyalty card but I never bothered with that since I don't go there that often. If you have a craving for bagel with cream cheese, this is the place to go. The bagels are generally fresh and the cream cheese is of good quality. My cream cheese bael cost $2.57 tax included which is not a bad deal.
