People are very polite but do follow the courtesy of waiting to find a table until after they order, since it can get a little busy. Overall, they are quick with coffee orders with a variety of pastries. Parking is difficult (but it is Montrose!), so anticipate adding a little time to your drive to find a spot. I got 2 cortados (I drank the first one so fast that I needed another one), a vanilla latte (sweet but balanced), and two croissants (almond and chocolate). Small but pristine, kind and quick service, and complimentary WiFi. Way better than going to the usual Starbucks, lol. They speak English and Spanish, come and check out their amazing hot Chai Latte with some serious art (pictured). I'll be coming back every time I'm in town.
