The barista was knowledgeable and genuinely engaged with customers, which made the experience stand out. It just makes me smile whether it's a bear or flower. They have wonderful service and the staff have a great attitude. I came here to meet a friend and noticed that it's hard hear her because it magnifies all the other noises as well (for indoor seating). It almost felt like I had to talk much louder for her to hear. There is ample indoor seating, so you won't have to worry about not having a table. I haven't tried the outdoor seating area but I've seen many patrons use that area. The drinks and desserts are on the pricier side in the area but very unique items, which make them stand out.
