They really messed my toe up.. to the point where I'm gonna have to break down and go see a doctor!! It's been 2 weeks since the pedicure and my toe is still not healed and it looks disgusting.. I have never had a botched pedicure or any problems like this before until I went and got a pedicure at their facility.. Went back today and they have different workers from the last time. I did an acrylic fill & pedi ($40). Called to make an appointment, it was busy when I got in and waited about 10 minutes. Wa did my fill & she was good. There were a few polish streaks and acrylic pieces that I asked her to fix under my nails before I left. Kim waxed my brows. It's $8. This was the first and last time I will ever go here for services. The workers were very unprofessional and I'm glad I only had to get one nail fixed by them, but the nail that was fixed looks horrible. The polish was all over my skin and I was burnt multiple times by the nail tool. They also failed to let us know after waiting for 2 hours that they were closing and hour early and rushed on my nails so they could leave, which they mentioned multiple times. read more

Ok service. My nails turned out okay. I took my daughters out for a day of pampering and they told me that out of the 4 women working only 1 could do artificial nails so we all had to wait for her. We were there for 2.5 hours! Bathroom was filthy. I don't remember seeing a tool sanitizer. Kinda feel a little gross. I walked in without an appointment. They were very attentive and greeted me asking how they may help me as soon as I entered. I had a deluxe pedicure from Wa. She was so awesome. The leg/foot massage felt so good and wasn't short at all. She also paid a ton of attention to detail. I had a tattoo on my foot that I asked her to avoid with the sugar scrub and she made sure to keep the sugar scrub and anything else abrasive far away from it. And even though I had accidentally cut my toenails super short a few days ago she still made the polish look great. The atmosphere was light and open and very clean. I also saw them clean out the foot baths after each person uses them. Everyone there was really nice. It was so relaxing. I will definitely be going back. read more

I went to this salon for the first time today! It was in a tiny strip mall, but once I found it... I couldn't be happier. Wa did my gel manicure and it is so pretty. The store is a little rough looking around the edges, but it's very clean. Great bargain for the money. I'm definitely going back! And they are open at 10am on Sunday's! I looked for a salon open early on Sunday's in Morehead and most of the ones that have Sunday hours listed were either listed with wrong times or closed the entire day. read more

I went to the salon for a fill of my gel nails which I've been getting done for over 10 years. The guy working had me soak my nails which was a first for me never had that done with a fill before. I had 2 broken nails and told him I didn't like wearing tips could he make a gel nail he couldn't. Then I asked if he could put on designs he said he didn't do that. So I was stuck with just a basic polish and two fake tips. I even had to tell him to put on the cuticle oil. I am currently waiting to have hip replacement surgery so I asked him how much it would cost me to have my toenails trimme, he replied back telling me to make my husband do it. This was all done on a Saturday, by Tuesday I already had 2 nails lifting. There was no way I was going to go back and let him touch my nails and have more go wrong. So I went to another salon where they were shocked with everything wrong with my nails in less than a week. So I went to the salon and told them all of this and was told I should of just come back to them. Well if you messed up my nails the first time I'm DEFINITELY not going to come back. The least they could have done was refund my money for having to go somewhere else. I will definitely not be telling anyone of my friends and family to go there either. read more

Very annoyed. I just got my nails done Saturday. It's Wednesday. Haven't been able to post cause I've been busy with work. They even cut my thumb. My nails look like I already need a fill. Paint missing on the sides of the nail. Not okay. Spend 45 dollars on garbage. The girl cut me so didn't even tip. I shouldn't have payed for them at all. Waste of my time and money. The really nice guy who did my spa pedicure did a great job. Took his time and paid attention to my cuticles. The massage on my feet and calves was AWESOME. It was so relaxing. The massage chairs were SO relaxing. Not overly-rough. Key word: RELAXING. I brought my own polish, which was not a problem. Asked to get a fresh set of nails on a Monday by Thursday I had lifting in 3 of my nails. I had a clear acrylic at the top of my nail and the tips were red. I went back that Thursday and informed the owner that my nails were lifting even though I had recently just gotten them done. She gave me excuses that it was normal for a fresh set to lift during first week. She eventually gave in and fixed those nails but gave me attitude the entire time. She was rough during the entire process and even made a comment "You don't have to come back here so go somewhere else where they will lift just like here." That is not how an owner of a business handles a situations regardless of how wrong or right they are. I just simply wanted to get my nails fixed but instead received attitude the entire time and sly comments in their language. I know that they were talking bad about me. I suggest those that want to have their nails done professionally to go somewhere where they will be treated more nicely. read more

I went in today for my 1st time. I was looking for a salon in the area, I just moved here from Chicago. I found OK Nails and I really enjoyed my mani/pedi! Really took their time and gave an awesome massage!!! I definitely plan on coming back! my only complaint is that they dont really have many polish options and the ones they do have are not names I recognize. They had like 5 OPI and 4 ESSIE the others were ???? Im an OPI polish girl. I would like to see NEW polishes and more OPI!
