I had had the gift card three years but when I had gone in there to schedule a date..their schedule was always full or I was not in state. The spa service was good, front desk and their protocol was not. I would also encourage the owners to place on their discount that gift cards amounts be listed to the service and that changes to the cost should be negotiated upon arrival.
