Melissa has very positive energy and easily explains the science behind the products. I also have had wonderful results with Halo, BBL, and Moxie lasers with Jen. My tan came out splotchy and uneven, and when I came in to talk to the owner about it, she was dismissive, rude, and offered no solution. The service here sucks and I won't be going back, and I'm calling Mystic about this salon representing them poorly. They're probably fine for regular tans but don't bother for Mystic... or good customer service.
