If you're seeking a traditional Western massage for pure relaxation, this spa is excellent. And if…read moreyou want a holistic Eastern approach of deep tissue true healing, I highly recommend it. The masseuses here genuinely care. From my experience, they are highly trained in healing techniques that go beyond relaxation, helping to restore circulation, organ function, and overall well-being. I feel like this is really helpful for people who have neglected their body over time or, like me, have experienced physical or emotional trauma. On a personal note, I've carried a lot of tension from past trauma, and I didn't realize just how much my body was holding onto it. The process takes time, but with the guidance of my masseuse and through massage, breathwork, and the right diet, I've started to release that tension. After just a couple of months, I can already feel a huge difference, and I'm looking forward to continuing this journey. Beyond the physical healing, what makes this place truly special is how much warmth and care the masseuses bring to their work. Sue, in particular, has such a deep commitment to her clients' well-being, and her kindness and dedication make you feel genuinely loved and cared for. I'm so grateful to have experienced her healing firsthand. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a massage. I believe this is truly healing. 5 stars! Thank you, Sue!

As an Esthetician and…read moreStylist it is difficult to find time to care for myself and get some down time so when I had the opportunity to book with her on my day off I immediately did. The environment Lynn has created is warm, inviting, and relaxing. She listens to you verbally and to what your body is saying physically. I had not had a massage in quite a few years and have a lot of pain issues stemming from injuries sustained in the military. Lynn took her time and addressed all of those and when my body decided to throw a surprise reaction Lynn took additional time to make sure all was right before I left her. This was a very therapeutic session for me and had lasting results. She is very knowledgeable and is able to educate you about what she is doing and why. Lynn also did a follow-up with me to see how I was feeling the next day. I will definitely be a return client for years.

The first time (in Corpus Christi, TX) was incredible, the second time (in Pensacola, FL) was honestly traumatizing.... So so bad. so going into this appointment, a few weeks before my wedding, I was terrified. From the moment I met Ally, she completely put me at ease. She was so friendly, patient, and listened to every single concern and worry I had. I was very upfront that I'm on tretinoin and that I use a tanning bed, and Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about it. She adjusted her approach, chose threading instead of waxing, and it completely changed the game for me. I usually break out after waxing my brows, and this time I had zero irritation whatsoever. My brows turned out exactly how I hoped. Beautiful, clean, and natural. I will absolutely be going back to Ally and highly, highly recommend her, just like so many of the other reviews do.

Honestly, this was such a bizarre service interaction. I should have left immediately, tbh. And the actual service was lack luster at best. I had to actually go home and talk to my husband to decode the whole thing to make sense of it. I won't be back. I wanted a nice way to pamper myself, but instead felt like all I did was pay for someone's poor behavior. And I smiled while it all happened, so I'm mad at myself for that part.
