I would give it 0 stars but I can't. I don't usually have such terrible experiences or feel the need to say something about them but this place blew my mind. They cut my foot and caused me to bleed everywhere, they said they would give me a discount but ended up just renaming the pedicure and still charging me. It was overpriced, almost $300 just for them to mess up my toes and give me just nude nails. And all they cared about was me coming back. They charged me for just shaping my nails... TLDR: Questionable hygiene as a technician tried to use a tool from another customer on my mom without cleaning it; shop was not willing to tell customers about the wait and instead has customers waiting a long time or tried to work on multiple people at once; very slow service by some technicians with not great polish application. My mom and I were walk-ins for a gel manicure and basic pedicure each. When we got there, there were around ~5-6 people in the shop, with that many workers. We were immediately asked what we wanted, asked to sign in, pick a color, and sat in pedicure chairs with the water turned on. After a few minutes, a lady came to work on me - she did not have gloves on. She took an incredibly lengthy time on everything, but did not put UV on my toes, and they got slightly messed up. My mom sat for 30 minutes without anyone tending to her. In this time, several more people walked in, and they were all told that they could come in. One worker, the owner of the shop I believe, was working on 4 people's nails at one time. A gentleman was sat in the chair next to my mom, and had a young lady start to work on him. My mom stated that she was there first, and was told in response by the owner "men can't work on men"? So a male technician came and worked on my mom. This male technician was also very slow and the worst part was he tried to use the buffer tool from the man next to my mom on my mom without cleaning it! He just grabbed it from the other chair and was going to use it but my mom told him no. The man also told my mom that they didn't have the color she wanted, so my mom refused any polish because she was so frustrated. She also did not end up getting a manicure because of her frustration and the time needed (it was over an hour at this point). The owner did tend to my mom after a while and found her desired color to paint her toe nails. A young lady did do my nails quite quickly and she did a good job, which I appreciated, which is why this is a 2 star review. Overall, not impressed and concerned with the hygiene of this shop, and the unwillingness to turn away customers or tell them of the wait so that other customers can get their services. read more

Absolutely no respect and empathy whatsoever for clients. I saw some worker blatantly bad talk some client talking about her being nervous and insecure to a teenager who was vividly uncomfortable and upset. To see that treatment was unjust and bad morals overall not a good time to witness that and see that young lady upset made it worse. read more

05302023 i came in to do my feet and nails and at first it was a great my pedicure was amazing I won't even lie aside from the miscommunication I don't mind it was great ! Cant deny it my husband went ahead and paid Before I was done bc he had to run an errand he went ahead and paid and I found out that they charged me an extra 10$ for the pedicure which is fine then again it was a miscommunication and I was fine with it the problem was when yen said "I don't know I don't speak Spanish I don't know what yall said" and laughed about it that was what really threw me off I had come before and had terrible nails leaving I decided to try again and this is how I got treated I felt so disgustingly disrespected. Will never ever come back and she also left the acetone on my nails for a long time now my hands look like this and she did nothing to fix it. read more

This place is the go to spot for a lot of the teens that live around the area. They do a great job on nails and a good job on eyebrows. But the prices are a bit high. Also recommend that they should have pre written receipts to just check off the service we got and received. So that when it comes time to pay, I don't have to go back and see how much things cost. Acrylic nails with coffin and color was $128. I'd like to know the breakdown of costs for the next time we visit. read more

OVERPRICED, the workers aren't very polite and won't talk to you when you talk back. I recently went there to get my nails done for AMC awareness day- i got a $15 pedicure which they charged me $25 for and a Full set of acrylics with a 2 nail design. They did both my ands and feet at the same time. My nails were very uneven and i asked for a coffin shape but got a square. After my third day my nails started popping at the end. Just last week i got my nails done back home- i went to get a fill in and replace the few. They came off with NO problem. Terrible place for the price. read more

Horrible customer service. Rude stank attitudes. Very unprofessional. OVERPRICED. Was rushed the entire time even though I went at 1 and there was no one waiting. Was given no time to pick a color and treated badly. I witnessed the woman in charge (I'm guessing? But she has really long dark hair) and the girl with the glasses talking shit about workers and customers and I was pissed and miserable the entire time I was there. DO NOT GRT YOUR LASHES DONE HERE. Just straight glue. Your lashes should not have that much glue on them. I paid $130 for glue. Please you will ruin your lashes if you go here. I recommend going to lashes of new Bern!! She is wonderful. I can't even close my eyes without my lashes hurting. If you continue to go here it will damage your lashes. The lashes are not realistic. They look like plastic on my eyes. When you get your lunch done you shouldn't have to feel them they should feel like natural lashes. Too much glue will damage your vision and cause loss of your real lashes. I wish someone would have posted their perspective when they went here before I did. read more

Got my nails done here for the first time only a couple of days ago. Writing the review now, cause I asked my coworker how much she'd pay for these nails, she said no more than 50.... I paid $80, and when I told her that she asked where I went and before I could answer, she said "you went to vivid didn't you" and it's so sad that she already knew that just because of the price I paid. She then stated, the owner ( I'm gonna go ahead and assume that's the one that charged me this ridiculous amount) charges like they are doing some celebrity nails. $15 manicure, was fine, no big deal, gel set $40 I think, but THE LENGTH FOR A WHOLE ASS $20 up-charge? The owner is a thief and she knows it and hopefully everyone else knows it and doesn't go there because of it. I cried when I got to my car, I have never felt more robbed before. My nail artist was so sweet and she did a good job. It's the owner that's a slimy thief. Came into town, everyone recommended this salon I was excited to be seen, although Truc was busy she fit me into her schedule. I have natural nails with acrylic on them, they've been like this for a little over a year. All I needed was a fill. I left with a very noticeable thick layer of acrylic, polish residue from previous color is still visible. The application of the polish was rushed and its noticeable as well. It's the end of the night and my nail bed on alllll ten figures are beyond sore as if I got a new set of nails for the first time in 5 years. Very disappointed.
