    Holly did my hair for my wedding. She did a phenomenal job. I asked for lots of curls, and she did exactly that, and it turned out beautifully. She also did the color in the salon a few days before, and it was perfect. She also did all my bridesmaids' hair, and they all looked perfect. I would recommend her for any of your hair needs in the saloon and for your special occasions.

    I'm 53, retired hairstylist of 24 years (several with Aveda) Aveda alone is an experience above the rest and the experience I had with Keke was over the top! My appointment was initially a consultation. My hair was a mess and I knew it was going to take confidence and skill. Keke listened and collaborated with colleagues to make a solid plan. She genuinely wanted to please and absolutely slayed it! I was so shocked at the outcome that it brought me to tears. I'm so thankful she was able to fit me in!

    *PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE HERE TO AVOID IRREVERSIBLE HAIR DAMAGE* I hope this helps you avoid the huge issues I have run into with this salon and its owner, Lisa. Read the other low ratings here and on Google, and you will see there's a common theme. I initially saw the positive reviews and called the salon on 25-FEB. I specifically requested for a hair stylist who was experienced with coloring thicker, darker hair. I was assured that Callie would be capable. The next day, I showed Callie a reference photo of a more blonde balayage. She evaluated my hair and said she would be able to complete the balayage, but it may not be as light. I fully understood and agreed with the plan. I ended up staying at the salon from 12:30 - 6:30 PM. I was the last client, past closing. She used 3 bowls of bleaching agent in my hair and I waited 50-60 minutes with the foils. She checked 3 times and stated that my hair was "still copper and wasn't lifting in some parts." She proceeded to add lightener to my hair and I waited another 25-30 minutes. After she washed my hair, I noticed the blonde parts felt almost like a "soggy noodle" (see attached photo; unfortunately I can't seem to upload the video). The blonde parts broke off easily. When I ran my fingers through my wet hair, wads of blonde hair came out. I've had many hair treatments done in the past; nothing like this has ever happened before. I voiced my concerns to Callie 3 times. She didn't respond and continued to brush my hair. I had to physically show her by pulling the blonde parts out. Her response was, "What do you want me to do? Do you still want me to tone it?" I responded that she should continue to do what she thought would be best, as she was the hair professional. She stated it would be fine and that she would tone and add "treatment" to it. That "treatment" turned out to be some sort of serum she added to my wet hair. This was at best a temporary bandage for the problem. After washing the second time, she trimmed my hair/bangs on the right side. She started blow drying, but I stopped her to ask if she could also match the left side of my hair too. She told me her head's in another place and she forgot to cut the left side of my hair. She dried my hair and styled it in loose curls. The styling initially made my hair look "normal." Only then did she take photos, hiding all that preceded this. Fast forward 2 days - I washed my hair with purple shampoo/conditioner/hair mask. The blonde parts of my hair were snapping off again just like it was at the salon. I was very concerned about the damage that resurfaced. I called the salon on 28-FEB and left a message with Grace at 5:36 PM. She said she would relay my message to Lisa, the salon owner, as she was out of town. No response. I called again 2 days later at 4:40 PM and Kaydence texted me at 5:59 PM that Lisa would reach back out by noon the next day. I was anticipating having a conversation by phone. However, Lisa emailed me saying she was with guests "all day" and was leaving town. I followed up with an email stating everything I typed above and attached the videos. I informed Lisa of my extremely disappointing experience with Callie. It was alarming that I had to raise my concerns to her multiple times, only to be met with silence and what I perceived to be indifference. She wasn't rude, but failed to take charge of my situation or offer any explanation of what she was going to do. She never once apologized for how long the session was or when I was genuinely concerned with the state of my hair after my session with her. Lisa's verbatim response was, "Good afternoon attached are your photos of your hair. I see that you had black hair trying to go lighter. There is no magical time for color to turn on and off. A low developer can sit on your hair for longer than a few minutes. Low and slow. It's interesting that people are more interested in taking care or using  preventative medicine and skin care but tend to not take care of their hair. I see we have only seen you once. Your prior hair history is unknown to us. With you expressing that you had a balayage and you came to us with black hair so that there's a lot of color inside the cortex. Anytime that you do enlightening services, it is expressed that at home treatments and home Care is necessary. Hair is very elastic when it's wet. Thank you again and I wish you the best on your journey for hair and I hope you find a salon that is a good fit for you." Lisa completely dismissed my issue of what had occurred at her salon and chose to blame me for what happened. My hair was not black (see photo). My hair was healthy and strong. Why would you assume I do not take care of my hair? I had ZERO issues with my hair until my session at this salon. I completely understand that the desired result doesn't always happen. However, this owner's intentions are clear: If THEY mess up your hair, it's somehow YOUR fault, not theirs.

    2d appointment to redo mistake. Enlightened and highlighted. Result was fried ends to the point I had to cut at least 4 inches off.

    Made a consultation appointment to go over intended style. It was discussed that my hair would be lightened and highlighted especially around the face since I have grays. Attended appointment, stylist lightened my hair twice and then did all over dye. This process is not was we discussed and the results turned out blotchy. Contacted the salon where I was told that the intended look is actually a two-part process and there was miscommunication. Regardless of miscommunication, the outcome of first appointment was still not up to par since there were dark and light spots as seen in 1st photo. In addition, shirt was damaged from the coloring process. They informed me that they would redo hair but would have to pay $180 additional for highlights which makes no sense considering the look was not what I intentionally wanted nor did it come out decent. When arriving at salon for second appointment, they processed my hair and included the highlights for free which I appreciate. Having no real idea regarding the enlightening process, I found out after this appointment how much damage your hair can become. I had to cut at least 4 inches due to the amount of damage. Being a salon, I would think that knowledge regarding the time needed between coloring or processing your hair would be communicated as I had to reach out to another salon to become aware of this. What should have been a nice Mother's Day gift has turned into my time (close to 9 hours in their salon), money (a new haircut and my shirt) and my confidence. It stinks as I always loved going there, but with the quality of work I can't seem to support the business anymore. Will be looking for another salon.

    My baby girl decided that she was ready for her very first haircut (I only cried a little) The price was about what I would pay for my own wash and cut but for my daughter's very first haircut I didn't mind. They did a wonderful job making her feel special and that's a big deal when dealing with a 4 1/2 year old that has never had anyone mess with her hair. Several weeks have passed since her wash, cut, and style and she still very much loves her new haircut!

    Magan is amazing!! She is the queen at balayage. The salon overall is pretty and calming, any staff I've interacted with have all been super sweet! Love this salon!

She's great at keeping the conversation going and by the time she's done you don't realize you've been with her for a while. I would highly recommend coming here! I love how my eyebrows where shaped! I also got a tinting done and I just love what Renee did! Her prices are very reasonable and she offers other services! You'll find Beauty Elements in the center of the buildings that Google Maps takes you. When you enter you'll hear the chimes they have on their door and will be greeted right away. The first person I met was Midge. She's one of the ladies that works at Beauty Elements and she's very friendly and welcoming. She was also nice enough to offer me something to drink while I waited for Renee. The space they're in is nice and comforting. Again, I highly recommend coming here if you need an eyebrow person!!!

In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me.     Nadine is the BEST!!!…read more African-American skin!!! Laser!! I've been going to Zannis(later Rinnova Spa) since before Nadine joined the team. Once Nadine arrived and brought her expertise on Laser hair removal (face) for African-American skin, I immediately saw the best results!!! My family make-up is prone to have the dark brown/black moles, while I go for the laser hair removal(maintenance), I've noticed that the areas Nadine treats do not have the dark spots!!
