Second Lady, she refills them and then again shape is fine. But, the nails themselves were mounds. Above my cuticle nothing then this huge mound of acrylic. She asks another lady to come polish. Third lady, she does 100x better than the other two. She notices the horrible buffing or the mounds on my nails. I was like FINALLY. She fixed them but, rushed the polish job. Cuticles are flooded. Overall horrible experience. I won't return. I've given the many chances. I was there for 2 hours!!! For a FILL. Oh and I had to ask to clean the underneath still horrible.
