This is the WORST nail salon in the area. My regular nail salon was booked solid so I decided to try this one out. I made an appointment for a pedicure; the salon put me in a massage chair with water for over 30 minutes before anyone actually attended to me aside from just turning the water on. The salon is dirty. The towels smell bad (mildew/wet) and are dingy. The foot rests are covered in Saran Wrap. I didn't end up getting my toes done because I walked out. It is not a relaxing atmosphere and I felt like I needed a shower after I left. Do yourself a favor and drive five minutes to La Princesse down the street. read more

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Got my nails done for nearly 60$ and they all fell off and lifted within 3-4 days of having them on. Not to mention it looked like a 3 yr old child painted on my nails. They were also very very bulky. Do not go here. My mom got her toes done as well, they cut her skin and her cuticles on her toes to the point where the were bleeding and then preceded to put alcohol on the cuts where my mother was crying. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have heard good things about this place and my experience there was anything but good. To start off my nails looked like trash and chipped before I could even get home. The reason I didn't say anything about my nails was because I was scared and extremely uncomfortable. I was asked very sexual questions and left in tears. I was so uncomfortable I couldn't look my nail tech in the face and he continued to ask me very sexual things, discuss his sex life with me and even made a comment about me getting "knocked up" and asked "if I was pure" or "if I had my cherry popped." I will NEVER being going back again and this place needs to be shut down. read more

My pedicure was ok although the girl didn't understand what I meant when I said I wanted French on my toes and had to get someone else to help her, my manicure however was fine, and the gentleman said he was going to use gel polish to make it last longer, HOWEVER on day 3 the polish literally was peeling off my nails. I went back and he fixed it at no charge but the next day it did the same thing. I've had manicures done before that last me 6 weeks without a chip. This didn't even last 6 days! The staff are very sociable here. They make conversation and are pretty funny and entertaining. I felt really comfortable and welcome. Got a gel manicure and afterwards they did a paraffin duo which is a really nice service that most salons charge extra for. The polish itself isn't the great job I've had but it's a good value for the price ($25). You can also leave a tip on credit dare here which is nice if you don't carry cash. A lot of people speak negatively about the fact that most of the employees are men, but they actually do a great job! read more

Good nail place with about 7 or so techs, but there is usually still a wait. There are only a couple of techs who do good nail art. Lot's of add on services and great pedicures. I wish they would clean the place and their tools. I would have given them 4 stars if the portable nail drying stations and dremels were clean and not covered in gunk and polish. eek! read more

Very nice shop and sociable employees. I got the $40 spa pedicure. I have to say that's the most I have spent on a pedicure and they don't massage as long as most shops I've been to. I wasn't that impressed with the paint job I got on my toes. A lot of polish left around my toes. Overall though this is a nice place to go. read more

As soon as I walked in the door as I was greeted by multiple people. I was taken immediately to the pedi massage chair and didn't have to wait for anyone to start assisting me. The lady taking care of me asked if I was like something to drink and I 1as given a water. They also have soft drinks and wine. She told me the 4 different pedicures that they offer since they do not have a large sign posted. They would rather have more interaction with the customers and talk about what they offer. Everyone was very friendly and joked around with me. My pedi came out very nice she wasn't to rough. Oh they also put hot towels on your legs before applying the lotion if your getting the basic pedi for $25. It's a little pricey compared to what I've paid in the past but everything was good and like a said the customer service was key. read more

I just got a manicure done by Joe at Tips 2 Toes. He was a delight! He had a very soft touch and did a superb job. Ask him about the tattoo on his forearm, especially if you are interested in the paranormal! The store was clean and all the employees were friendly. The man who checked me out had a great sense of humor - very dry and sarcastic, but not off putting. My mom and I walked in at about 6:15pm, and were seen right away. read more

Um...fucking yikes? Never had a mani before, walked in to find all men doing nails. I thought, cool, I'll get my nails done by a dude. Sat down. To my left, a jovial guy doing a girls nails and chatting away, to my right, a man intently applying nail polish, clearly with finesse and genuine effort. Who did I get? I don't know his name, but he was the oldest man in there. Not once did he smile or make me feel welcome. In fact, he made me feel pretty uncomfortable. He never said a word to me despite trying to make conversation. He also hurt my cuticles. It was so awkward to have someone do this service for me and be so unhappy about it. Finally I got him talking, and when he spoke he talked about how little he made, ranted about his pay, discussed his future court dates for custody of a grandchild, and oh--not to mention commented how "young women shouldnt have short hair, it makes them ugly" (I was sitting across from him with a super short pixie cut, to which I responded, "I think some girls look nice with short hair," to which he retorted quickly, "NO."). So, having my nails done for nearly two hours by this guy was OBVIOUSLY the highlight of my week. Uh, not. Huge mistake coming here. Wish I had listened to my friend that didnt recommend it. read more
