I'm glad I gave them a try. They were easily able to accommodate me as a walk-in. Although you can make an appointment if you prefer. The salon is bright and spotless! And the decor is beautiful. They have 6 nail stations and 8 pedicure chairs, so they can accommodate larger parties. With the wide selection of nail products, colors and services, I'm sure you can find something you'll love. Prices are reasonable and the service is impeccable. I opted for the deluxe pedicure which included a scrub and massage. It felt so relaxing, I almost fell asleep...until she hit a ticklish spot on my foot And my feet and legs have never been smoother! She did a very fast, dry gel manicure - did not cut my cuticles - used a drill to clean them up. Did a very fast hand massage. I felt very rushed. Have to wait and see how long the gel manicure lasts. I hope she can get some more staff to help her.

Sounds great--until I asked for a refund for the service I did not ask for- still happy to pay for the initial booked service. She refused. Flat-out. No explanation, no compromise, nothing. Do not trust this place. Hidden charges, misleading practices, and zero accountability. I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have never been treated this way. This salon is located in a nondescript strip mall. The salon is very clean and there's a small play area for both employee's and customer's children. They have a HUGE selection of gel and standard polishes, chrome and other nail finishes (but I'm basic, lol). The staff is super friendly. I called ahead but told to come anytime and I was able to walkin, though they did get busy while I was there. I like that they offer Sunday hours and (at least on Sundays) plenty of easy parking. My pedi & mani were done by the same person. I really liked the fact that they did the main and pedi separately, vs rushing the process with two techs working on you at the same time. Like the rest of the staff, my tech was really nice. My gel pedicure was great. But when it came to my fingernails, it seemed like the tech had no idea how to trim and file short nails. It was awkward and uncomfortable. The leg and hand massages were meh. And although there's signage asking customers to keep cell calls to a minimum so as to ensure a peaceful experience for others, one of the employees (sitting in one of the pedi chairs) was blaring a video on her phone. The price, before tipping, was $90 for two standard shellac main/pedi services. All-in-all, an okay experience but will try out a few other places before determining my permanent salon.

I found Happy Nails by accident going to UPS. Eva does my nails and feet and eye brows. Shes's perfection. Everyone is nice and friendly. They are constantly upgrading I love that part ..means they are growing...and I helped been going there for 5 years. you should too.
