usually my visits are ok I go to get my eyebrows done mainly well today my experience was terrible I walked in I had a 5 appointment I was asked may I help you I said yes I am here for eye brow tinting one of the ladies that works there then said eyebrow tinting it's eye brow tint and she began to laugh she then proceeds to tell another worker eyebrow tinting and he begins to laugh mind you there were people getting service done I was so humiliated and embarrassed I am never going there again ever read more

I came here on a whim with my mother in law and daughter. Location wise it is in a plaza and does not look to welcoming. I got a pedicure and when I sat on the chair I noticed that the bowls where you soak your feet does not have the plastic wrap. I asked the lady if she was going to put one on she said no that they sanitize it and it's clean. I did not feel to comfortable with that still proceeded with my pedicure. The man was very rough when removing my previous gel. He was rushing throughout the whole process. When he was scrubbing the bottom of my feet he tried using the cheese grater looking thing. I told him no I did not want it because he pulled it out of a drawer and it did not look clean. He had an attitude with me after that. I asked for white gel polish. He did a sloppy job and the polish looked like it had a yellow old tint to it. My daughter had a polish which was fine until they charged $26 for that. I thought that was pretty high for a child. My mother in law said her nails was fine they could have done a lot better on filing. Overall I would not waste my time coming here if you're in the area. The quality and experience is not worth what they are charging and they do not wear their face masks. read more

The service was excellent wanted to make this my new pedi place until I paid. I DO NOT like being "forced" to leave a cash tip. When presented with the bill/receipt there is no place to add a tip "but" there is an ATM so you can pay a fee to leave a tip but they don't have to claim the tip on taxes. I visited this establishment just like I do every 2-3 weeks for the past maybe 2 years now. My nail tech today was Hannah who was not very friendly and seemed to have an attitude. In doing my fill in and pedicure, she kept huffing and puffing and continuously grabbed my fingers and feet in a rough manner and she burned my cuticles on more than one occasion with the electric nail fIle. I kept my composure throughout the entire ordeal and felt like I gave her more than enough chances to stop being rough. I never want to deal with her again because the next time I won't be so nice. read more

The owner, Tom, was the first one working on my nails. He started, and about 5 minutes in, he took a call and informed me that someone else was coming in and he was going to take them and pass me off to someone else. This really offended me, because it was an incredibly rude thing to do. I am a paying customer just like everyone else, and I do not appreciate being passed off to someone else. The person he passed me off to did a horrible job. I was having my nails painted French, and 2 of the nails came out completely lop-sided. I got them fixed by some other girl. And the guy did not even go over the tips of the nail with the gel, which is honestly unacceptable, especially for the amount I paid. I cannot seem to find a decent nail place in New Bern- I always end up having to go to Greenville. Oh, and seeing days-old food as offerings to Buddha when you first walk in is pretty nasty and I'm almost positive against some sort of code. read more

Ive been getting my nails dipped here for 2 years now, prior to covid shut down there were occasional problems with service but I found the same problem at all the nail salons. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. I went here out of convenience and I'll never be back. My cuticles and nails are worse than before I went here. Technicians were producing dirty implements from their pockets to use on clients and completely disregarding the sanitized packs on the stations. Wax sticks were not being replaced between clients and were being dipped multiple times into the wax. Pedicure stations were being rinsed but not cleaned after use. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years and the amount of state violations I saw taking place in the hour I was there would have any other salon shutdown within minutes. So i went and got my nails filled in Monday on Labor day because my usual nail place was closed. Wednesday comes along and 1 pops off. Well Thursday comes an another comes off. I go in there an get them repaired. Mind you they came off very easily. I am not rough with my nails. Well another came off today at work an then i was just mad. I went in there AGAIN today after work and they were rude an said come back later. I said i will but my nails shouldn't be popping off like this. So i went back tonight and the same one that did them Monday told me to sit down. So i sat down and he went outside to smoke a cig! Then we he comes back in he sits in the chair and starts playing a card game on his phone taking his time like i had no where to be on a friday night. So then he tells me they popped off because i got them shaped stilletto. I said i always get stilletto an this has never happened. I said you did them too thin. He said no youre the only customer who has needed 3 repairs. I said i have been getting my nails done for 10 years an this has never happened. He said well you should have got them square. Then he proceeded to tell me that i should have came on a weekday because they are busy..i said i shouldn't have had to come here for another 2 weeks an i work 5 days a week. In other words he had every excuse in the world to make it seem like it was my fault for my nails breaking. Then the older lady that works there started talking to him in her language and then in english said "you have been doing nails for 20 years." Basically saying it was not his fault for my nails coming off left and right. I have never been so upset and mistreated. Like can we not be childish and just admit you made a mistake on mg nails? My boyfriend was outside waiting for me an he asked me "what is that guy impatient or something?" I said no were frustrated because i have to keep coming in here and its inconvenient.
